Kind of dark interior. No one to take my order for a few minutes. About $2-3 more expensive for a similar burrito at Qdoba. No loyalty program. Not my favorite place and expensive.Wheelchair accessibility: Street level, no steps

I’ve been to every single one of their locations, and the atmosphere and food is always top-notch and 10/10 every time.

I've never made a review but the service was so incredibly bad I felt an obligation to. Despite clearly stating my allergy to beans, they included them in my burrito. The staff should be more attentive to customer requests, especially when it concerns allergies. I ended up in the ER - after ALL this they still refused to give a refund or even swap out the burrito.

Just had Chilacates for the first time, ordered the Shrimp Burrito and it was absolutely delicious. A great alternative to Chipotle and the prices are similar too. Picked it up so I didn't have any experience with the service, but it looks like a fun place inside. I'll definitely get it again soon.

Chorizo con papas quesadilla was bomb and super filling. guac was fresh and both the red and green salsas had great flavor.

I got a carne asada bowl and overall it was very good. I have two major complaints tho. 1. It costs an extra $1 to add lettuce (should be included for free) and they legit only give you like 5 pieces of shredded lettuce which is crazy 2. I like that they have refried beans on the menu, not many places do, but their refried beans is more of a bean gravy and its incredibly soupy and ruins the rest of the bowl when it gets mixed in with the rice.

First time trying this place. Ordered a burrito with pork and salsa Verde. It was very tasty. My husband and I really liked it. We hope to go back and try other things on the menu.

Food was fine. Service was friendly and atmosphere of the restaurant was cozy. But talk about daylight extortion. I spent almost $27 on lunch for one person, for a meal marginally better than Chipotle.

They don't make their taco shells or tortillas. They are store bought. Old and cold. I called before I went there to find out what flan costs. I was told four dollars something. I was there within 3 minutes and the same lady that answered the phone sold me a flan for $6.49 and refused to give me a ticket. Bad food gets 2 stars. Lying and bad food gets one star. Do better.
