I was feeling like eating some Chinese food, and decided to go there since it was close and I just had left Seven eleven, when I go inside the cashier was on her phone completely ignoring my presence as I know she could see me, while she was on her phone I took the time to look on the menu and it was more confusing than a math test, it was a long list of dishes that I've couldn't figure out what it was, I just wanted some rice with shrimp, beef and broccoli, and that's what I thought I was ordering, when I saw the crab Rangoon on a review on Google maps I decided to ask the cashier which was another person because the girl that was on her phone was too busy to wait for me to look at the menu, I was answered with a cold and unpleasant NO, I looked back at the menu and decided to get springs rolls, $6 for 2 heavily oiled rolls with Lord knows what was inside, I paid for the bill with came out for $40, for two meals and a order of sling rolls, I took a deep breath and paid since I was too hungry to acknowledge what I was doing with my money, what I looked at my receipt I saw and extra charge of $8 of tip, that I didn't even agreed to give, and it was not deserved at all, I sat there and waited and waited for my food, it took way too long, this was supposed to be a fast food, I got my food and when I got home I was ready to eat, I operated the container just to be faced with disappointment, the food was bathing in oil I could see the carrots floating, the broccoli was so hard that it almost broke seal of my tooth, I tried to finish chewing it but the pressure that was creating in my teeth was aching my jaw, the had just paid almost fifty dollars for pain. And despite all that I realize that there's a nice restaurant literally across the street where I go regularly but I guess it was the mistake of my life trusting those false reviews I don't recommend this place for anyone.

My new favorite place! Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Large portions for a fair price. And, the folks at China Maxim are friendly as can be. 10/10 recommend!

This used to be our favorite place for Chinese takeout. Not anymore! The chicken fingers had be reheated, we’re hard as rocks and dry chicken. The teriyaki was dry too. Lo mein was ok. Will look for a new place for takeout.

Is hard to fathom, a "restaurant" that could possibly give you any less for your money. One fork, no knives available, one set of chopsticks and half a small container mustard for $0.30, 1:6 of a container of hot oil for$0.30, and one I packet of soy sauce. No napkins.Inside my chicken fingers was the equivalent of a 1//3rd a coffee stirrers worth of chicken. inside my pork fried rice four pieces of pork, each the quarter size of the width of a fingernail.Despite being present while the food was being prepared, the rice was Stone Cold by the time I walked across Market Street. I don't think they even heated it up.At age 53, I thought I had ordered the worst food of my life before, but life is full of surprises. The joke was on me, thank you in China Maxim III you delivered a new low horrible food. ☹️.

Worst food I ever had and not cheap! I ordered the house special large fried rice , the rice was still crunchy, shrimp came from a can they were so small, no soy sauce on it like they forgot to add the rest of the ingredients, no egg no nothing in it. I ordered the ribs , the ribs had no sauce , seriously, the worst 30.00 I ever spent Do Not Waste your mo ey or time ! Very disappointing ?

More or less take out only. Owner is nice guy. Food is good. Dependable dishes. Been ordering for years from here. Prices reasonable too.

We have been getting delivery from this place for years. Food is fresh, relatively cheap, piping hot, and I'm pretty sure they break the sound barrier based on how quickly the food arrives. The crab rangoon and egg rolls are ridiculous.English is not their first language and they are no nonsense. Get over it.

Ordered general gaus chicken and pork fried riceThe chicken tasted really weird. Under cooked and soft and mushy. The pork fried rice had a chemical taste .I threw it out and I don't feel good.
