I literally live a few blocks away from this place and when here, on the recommendation of a neighbor, the food itself was OK. My parents liked it, but we were seated at horrible table when we first got in and when I asked to move, they sat us at another horrible table, not seeming to understand that I was looking for a more quiet table each time they put us in entryways to kitchens bathrooms, or the front door. I’ll never eat here again and I’m going to actively tell anybody in my neighborhood to avoid.

Arrived on time and seated quickly Server brought water and menus right away Gave us enough time to go over the menu Ordered steak frites and bouillabase with clam chowder app All were extremely good and substantial portions Table was relatively quiet as we had asked for Overall a very good experience

We had visitors in from Ireland & Amadio took excellent care of us - steak tacos & perk belly divine to start. Burgers cooked to our taste & salmon with salad all delicious. There may have been a convention in town, as it was so busy so a quieter table next time hopefully. We finished with dessert to celebrate a birthday- so thoughtful & kind. Thanks - we will be back soon.

We had drinks at the bar and were very happy with the service and beverage quality and creativity. The vibe is also fun, modern, and appealing.

Bolognese was very very good and hearty / plentiful. Big enough for 2 to share . The margarita flatbread was meh... tasted like a cracker with pizza sauce and not very flavorful. Drinks were yummy and service and ambience were great :)

Oysters were excellent; octopus which was listed as an appetizer came mixed in a salad as opposed to stand alone or garnished appropriately. Potatoes in clam chowder were undercooked; sharp, un-chewable pieces found both in clam chowder (clamshells?) and side salad (nut shell). restaurant bar had no beer on tap, but was provided from bar upstairs. Wait staff friendly and professional; restaurant very clean. Bathrooms were cleaned twice during our 1.5 hour visit. Main curse cooked to perfection. Menu very limited in side options - no rice, no pasta, only fries or if late enough in evening- mashed potatoes.

The steak frites and sangria were good, and the service was excellent! My server (Julian) was incredibly friendly and made sure to check on me throughout the night. Would definitely come back again!

City Table is the place I go when having brunch alone. It's a light hearted atmosphere, I can read without trouble, and the food is very good. The restaurant is comfortable, relatively speedy, but without an urgency for table turnover. Cocktails are solid as well.

We have been having brunch here for years. The service is always excellent! Bartender is one of our favorites around! He is attentive and makes us feel like we are visiting an old friend! Food was delicious too!

We went during brunch. There wasn't much noise. There was only breakfast items on the menu so don't understand brunch. Food was very good but service was horrible. Waited too long for everything. Took 10 minutes for someone to come up to us. Our drink order took at least 10 minutes. Fortunately we forced the waiter to take put our food order at that time to avoid another delay. Then it took 20 minutes for our last drink order. Total was 1 1/2 hours for breakfast at a minimum.

The staff and waitress was very kind and helpful. I went for my birthday dinner and they were so nice and helpful with everything, everyone was also saying happy birthday to me! The food was also really good! We ordered steak, burger, and fries and they were all good! 10/10 experience!
