If you're in the area looking for quality food with great service, I highly recommend visiting Clink. I've been here for breakfast and, on a separate visit, had lunch. Both visits were equally pleasing. The burger was perfection, and the staff is always pleasant and attentive. Prices are on the higher side, but I have no problem with it as long as the quality if there, and it is! A hidden gem in the city, located in the Liberty Hotel. It was previously the Suffolk county jail, so it's a cool location to dine.

Really great experience in a cool setting. Food was delicious, nice portions and neat setting.Just a wee bit slow on the coffee pours. Might recommend larger cups so the servers don’t have to keep coming back so often, especially when so busy.

Cool atmosphere, pricey as one would expect. Nothing on the menu tickled my fancy food wise. But we did have some cocktails at the bar

As a guest in the hotel I came here several times for drinks And dancing. The drinks were all just okay and seemed rushed but the dancing and DJ were awesome and worth the price . ambiance very nice.

Great vibe. This unique restaurant served us not only a delicious meal but also a good time. You can't go wrong if you ordered anything. Although cream brulee was too sweet for me.

Great place to have drinks and enjoy the atmosphere! This place used to be a prison and still looks a bit like that - they have done a great job renovating the place!A small thumbs down of not having any alcohol-free beers available. Mocktails were great though! :) I love the sofas and big royal chairs at the lounge area.

This is located on the second floor of the Liberty hotel in Boston. We actually didn't sit IN the bar we sat in the hotel lobby at a table as there was a DJ playing on Friday night. While we weren't there for the food we did order a few things. The beat salad, oysters and chicken tacos. The oysters were good EXCEPT one which was bad and they came out with a new one... they didn't really apologize or comp anything but you could smell that it was bad. If we didn't know oysters well it could have been a bad case of food poising. The chicken tacos had lots of flavor, a bit of heat and a good portion. The beet salad had a very nice and creamy whipped ricotta that lined the plate. Tagline for the night: expensive but great vibe. Martini $21 Parking we used their valet. Would definitely go back for the DJ.
Ate here for brunch, lunch and dinner. Brunch and lunch 4 stars, dinner 3. Our group was 8 and not easy. Service was good, entrees were cold. Maybe due to late app order, but still should not happen. Very cool space overall. I'd stick to brunch or lunch. Service was fine.

This is a very cute brunch spot, with a varied menu and delicious food. Service was excellent. However, extremely expensive. $8 for coffee (menu listed it at $12). A bowl of oatmeal was $19. I ordered one coffee and French toast and left with a $45 bill. Unreal.

Swordfish was incredibly dry. Would only serve the filet mignon medium rare. Tuna tartar was not as fresh as it should be. We paid the $700 tab but will not be returning!!!

Clink is an upscale bar and restaurant located on the second floor of “The Liberty Hotel”. The hotel is a former jail and they incorporate many of those former elements into the design and architecture. We decided to stop by Clink’s Liberty Bar for some drinks and charcuterie. We chose to be seated out in the main “lounge” area, near the front desk. Our server was incredibly kind but it was clear, he was the only man running around getting people taken care of. The service could be heavily improved. Our server isn’t at fault for a lack of proper staffing by management. We decided to order a few specialty cocktails. Unfortunately, we were told a 4-Diamond hotel was out of all those ingredients to make said drinks. I was totally astonished and expect more for the price. If you have craft cocktails on the menu, have what is needed to concoct the drinks! We settled on the Red Sangria over one of the specialty cocktails. Their “Liberty Bar” menu is huge and there is something for every taste. They have a vast selection of appetizers, seafood, local artisan cheese pizzas, sandwiches, tacos, dumplings, and dessert. We ordered the “Chef’s Tasting Board”.The board was filled with Italian cured meats, sausages, crackers, crisps, and multiple artisan cheeses. There wasn’t an item on the board that we did not enjoy. It was phenomenal and a solid portion for the money. Plenty for two to share!Lastly, we decided to order the Sautéed PEI Mussels. The Mussels are sautéed in a tomato-saffron broth with Portuguese-Chorizo, Herb Butter, Fennel, and Wine. It is served with Toast/Crostini.The mussels were very clean and VERY large. They were some of the best I’ve had in the area! The portion was size-able, plenty for two to share.Service could certainly be improved. Our server was phenomenal, despite doing everyone’s job. He was literally the only server available on the floor. That naturally led to lengthy wait times.I would strongly advise booking reservations, as the main restaurant and bar is typically packed. They offer multiple menus as well for Breakfast, Brunch, Lunch, Dinner, Dessert, & The Liberty Bar Menu.Atmosphere is upscale and classy. I’d leave the kids at home, it isn’t really a venue or destination cut out for children.I’d highly recommend The Liberty Bar/Clink.However, there needs to be a major overhaul in terms of service. Furthermore, the person responsible for procurement should never let a bar run out of ingredients needed to make many of their drinks.Kid-friendliness: Not a kid-friendly venue.Hire a sitter.
