Great experience here on a chilly Friday night! The gentleman working the counter was excellent, served my crazy family of 5 with a smile. Hopefully the issues from summer have been ironed out for good, because we love Coldstone!

Ordered a boo batter ice cream from prudential and came half empty. I tried calling the location twice trying to get a refund but no one was answering . This was last Saturday and was celebrating a birthday. Spend $20 for a tub of ice cream. Wish I could get a refund or have a manager call me for a new tub.

I have ordered three times off of Uber eats and the last two times they have seriously jipped me. I got a like it and there wasn’t even 2/3 of ice cream in there. It’s a small cup how can you not put enough ice cream in it. The same thing happened when I ordered a quart size of ice cream. Only 2/3 of ice cream and not filled to the brim. It’s not that hard. This store has 3.9 stars for a reason so just stay away.

Love this place and has amazing ice cream! The way they make the ice cream in front of you is amazing! The medium size ice cream is big enough for two normal people! The peanut butter ice cream is a MUST try and I absolutely loved it! HIGHLY recommended!
By far the worst service I've ever experienced. There are three young girls working there. One of the girls is doing all the work, while the other two do nothing. There were about 10 customers in the store and only one girl attending everyone. When my husband asked the other two girls to assist they both rolled their eyes at us. We decided to leave, and as we were leaving my husband asked for the managers information. Brendan and Bryant you have an employee being bullied by your two other employees. They should be terminated immediately. You are losing customers because of these employees.

Get more people to work in here. Only one girl today she cancelled all online orders and had lines out the door. The inside was extremely hot and the ice cream was all melted wasted 30$ and my time. So disappointed
