I don’t even know where to begin.A knockoff Colette in the back of a …. Lobster tail? Why is my margarita yellow? Why is the music off?Why is the bartender wearing a hoodie? Why is nobody here? Why is the air conditioning blasting in January?Just trying to get a cocktail before a show at the Colonial Theater….I think we got lost and ended up in a little bar out of the third world country. There are even picture frames….with no pictures in them.. strange experience. Seems as if a money laundering operation.

Stopped in for a quick drink and food. Did the job. Drinks were top notch, food was good and the vibe of the restaurant made it all better. The staff was very friendly

Good cocktails in well-lit space. To find Colette Lounge look for a sign that says "the Shaking Crab" and then enter through the corresponding door. We visited Colette Lounge on a Saturday night and it was completely empty, but they still had the music turned up loud. The design of Colette Lounge is open (presumably so people can stand near the bar after receiving their drinks). The lounge looks a bit cheap from the floor, to the tables, and finally to the decorations. The drink I ordered was tasty though, and because I wanted to catch up with friends, the emptiness of the bar was beneficial. Overall, I would not recommend Colette Lounge for the ambiance, but I would for the drinks.

Colette was small and quaint. They had fun drinks and we had great service as we were the only ones there! The fried calamari was good and the cocktails were exciting. One of the drinks gets you a free Polaroid photo to remember the moment too. I liked the little mean girls movie references that I saw at Colette

We’re out of everything really, don’t know how old the wine they poured us was. Service was good.

Downgraded my rating from 4 to 3 stars and wish I could do 2.5 stars. Ive been here about 5 times and each time was a little worse than the last. The drinks are adequate, but they can't make anything a real bar could make, just the overly sweet cocktails on the menu. The food is extremely hit or miss. I ordered the exact same lobster skewers on two visits. First time: life changing. Amazing. Second time: they deep fried a shelled lobster. I had to pick through it to get to the meat. Total waste of a lobster and the goodness of deep frying. I would have sent it back but clearly the chef had no idea what they were doing. This place is great for a pre-show drink because they're fast. But fast doesn't equal good. And the reason they're fast is that no one wants to be there.

Such a hidden gem in Boston! My friends and I went here and had a blast. The bartenders Ally and Kayla were so friendly and made amazing drinks. Definitely recommend ?

[Updated to include photos]I first tried Colette as part of a Yelp Elite event (thanks Reggie W.!) and decided to revisit them on my own dime recently. I simply couldn't get enough of the mac and cheese and Louisiana catfish bites, and here, the two appetizer-sized portions were enough for a whole meal. You'll definitely need some food to help you soak up the booze because the drinks are super strong here - satisfyingly so. The Passionista was a nice fruity and boozy way to start, featuring Absolut vanilla, Chinola passion fruit, lime juice, and Freixent prosecco. The Down the Rabbit's Hole, meanwhile, knocked me into precariously tipsy territory, as it was a strong, potent mix of Rabbit Hole straight rye whiskey, simple syrup, maraschino liqueur, and bitters.Fortunately, things were quiet when I stopped by, so I simply took my time enjoying the drinks and bites while (trying to) pound out ever more Yelp reviews on my cell phone. Service was explanatory and efficient, and, although compact, this is a cozy place at which to socialize or relax.

Horrible vibes, no music, just an overall awkward experience

We went here for a drink after a show at the Emerson Colonial Theater. Terry the bartender was amazing and we had a blast unwinding after the show here.

The cocktail was nice. It was called you're like really pretty. It had dried rose in it. I got the roasted broccoli and it was not good. It was smothered in cheese and tasted like plastic. I would go back just for drinks!

This establishment has a nice laid back atmosphere. Drinks was reasonable priced and the food was great. I had the fried cat fish bites and it was tasty. Would go here again to hang out with a few drinks.
