I've been to Cunards a couple of times and it never disappoints! The food and drinks are always amazing and the atmosphere is great. The chef and staff is always so kind and helpful, you're never left waiting for too long! My standout favorites are the Tuna Tartare (coming from someone who does not like fish normally), the burgers, the calamari (the best I've ever had) and the short rub sliders. I generally was really excited to try Cunard, I grew up in Eastie my whole life and love to go to local spots. The food was good, the only complaint I have is the birria tacos were beyond salty but I was able to sub-out for the shrimp tacos which I loved. The special drinks for Valentines day were good and we loved the Hoisin ribs, they were on point. Generally, the vibe was nice and the server was great but the price felt a little on the high side. Great "local" spot. Great service. Plentiful street parking within two blocks of restaurant. EXTREMELY cold on a cold night. We wore our coats during the meal. Food was excellent, plentiful and reasonably priced. Drinks were reasonably priced. All-female staff was pleasant, engaging, attentive, welcoming. I would definitely return in warmer seasons...
