This place use to be good for when they had employees that enjoyed there job and did it with passion . But the new employees not all but some of them so unprofessional and you can tell they haven’t been in the customer service food industry’s. I’m all set I rather buy bag chips from cvs before I go back to this place food is not what it use to be and the employees they need to replaced or trained because they don’t fit in this job description

Glad I stumbled across this place. Good alternative to long lines at other food stops, and Food (Classic Dig) was excellent.

I went online for delivery it took my food over a hour to get to me. Then I got a text saying a reorder was being sent. The delivery person delivered it to the wrong address. When I called them they told me that was the address that was given to them. I called the store and the person who answered the phone was rude. I told him that was not my address and he kept telling me that that’s what I put. I sent a copy of my receipt with my address. I can’t support a business that doesn’t respect my business

Decent food, poor service. Repeated my order 3x because the lady said “can’t hear you” unpleasantly while she had her AirPods in.

Always come into this location during lunch, first time in for dinner. I had ordered a dinner box meal online and when it was delivered it was missing some items. So I came in myself to see if I could retrieve the missing items. I was met with the best hospitality by the dark haired woman that seemed to be making all the food on her own. She apologized for the missing items, made the food for me and was very sweet to my 6yr old and gave us each a cookie for our trouble. Will definitely be back for dinner.Kid-friendliness: So nice to my 6yr old daughter.

I absolutely love Dig, but this location is the WORST. Employees are rude and always seem to forget an ingredient when ordering online. Staff needs to be replaced.

I just visited Dig for the first time while in the Seaport. The service was polite and efficient I ordered the grilled Chicken pieces, the rice, and tossed salad. It was exceptional! The chicken moist and flavorful, rice was nicely seasoned and cooked perfectly. Tossed salad was lightly dressed and the Persian cucumbers were fresh!Vegetarian options: Brocoli, cauliflower, lentils, salad,I even saw sweet potato brownies!

What kind of place does not accept cash? Anyway, The place I used to go to almost every day has changed. I've observed a significant increase of more than 30% in the prices. What used to cost $11 for a great, tasty, and affordable bowl now costs $14, and the bowls have become smaller. It's no longer as affordable, as now you have to spend $28 get full

One employee in particular that works there... Black female with short hair has the worst attitude towards customers I ever seen. Always moody. Walked in today at 8:02 pm to get my 4 orders from too good to go and she gave me this unwelcome look, told me to wait just to go ahead and take the lady behind who also had too good to good orders, 2 of them. The other employee saw it and right away came to assist me. Letting you guys know right now, not the first time this incident has happened. She definitely needs counseling or something.

I work in the seaport area and use Dig Inn as my favorite, go to catering option. They ALWAYS deliver on time and the food is still warm. The options are incredible for all dietary restrictions. The online portal gives you access to the full allergen list making ordering a breeze. I have to order food for our board members and local c-suite staff and ALL of them consistently rave about this food! What makes Dig Inn better than just great food is the dedication to customer service. I have called in before to change things to a catering order and the manager, David Shepard, is always so accommodating and clearly wants customers to have a great experience. When I go to grab my own lunch, the staff at the counter are always there to make sure you know everything about the dishes and make the best bowl for you. Can not recommend this place enough!Vegetarian options: lots of hearty veggie options and tasty tofuDietary restrictions: the online allergy menu makes ordering so easy if you have any allergies from gluten, alliums to dairy!

It's big, the Classic Dig, probably enough for 2 normal appetites. Char in abundance, but a general blandness not entirely addressed by a garlic aioli. Polite and efficient (if perfunctory) help and a serviceable eating space made it easy.

When Big Data pays for my opinion I may give it.
