Reviews for Domenic's

For years I've avoided going into Italian restaurants in the "Little Italy" section of every city because I always believed they were tourist traps. Boy am I glad I made an exception this time because Domenic's was one of the best Italian dining experiences I've ever had. We started with the exploding clams: perfectly briny in a spicy tomato broth. Pork belly Amatriciana was incredible. Super crispy pork belly went great with the rigatoni in the homemade sauce. Our favorite restaurant in Boston by FAR is Domenic's. We have gone twice since they opened in 2019. They take such good care of us. My children really love the pasta and also devour the fresh bread. My two favorites are the Crazy Alfredo and the Bolognese, but the Carbonera also makes a great choice. The service goes above and beyond and really works well together, trading off plates to get them out faster, even often noticing opportunities for refills even at tables not full review
If you are familiar with Carmellina's in the north end then you will experience a similar taste at Domenic's, as they are sister restaurants with streamlined menus (at the moment). They Alsace taken precautions due to covid, such as: outdoor seating (amazing view of Boston), spaces out indoor seating with plexiglass separating tables. The service is good and has a small family business vibe. We sat outside and ordered one of their white wines which arrived with warm bread full review
