It's Dominos, which I actually, sincerely like a lot. But this location is pretty bad. They get the orders wrong with alarming frequency - usually, my partner and I just roll with it, but we have dietary restrictions so sometimes we have to call. They always make it right in the end but it's a lot of time to call, explain, and await new delivery. We order delivery when we're tired and want something easy, and its just very often *not* easy here. Just had the third order we had to call to fix, its probably about 20% of the time lately that the order is seriously incorrect, like, buffalo chicken pizza without the buffalo sauce. Smaller issues happen a lot more often, e.g. extra cheese when requesting extra sauce, or vice versa.Quality used to be better, like about a year or so ago. Maybe they're just over worked here with BU. IDK. We're taking a break and will only order when we have the time and energy to do pick up. Will save money at least!

My pizza never came and the driver started yelling at me because i didn’t find him when he was backing from who know where. I was waiting 5 minutes in the street and he never came. Bad service ! They took my money and no refund any time.

decided to treat myself to delivery, with a medium pizza 3 toppings, extra mushrooms, extra spinach, extra feta cheese. there’s definitely no feta cheese and barely any mushrooms. my deliver driver was 20 minutes late too, i regret the tip.
This is one of the worst dominos to order from, every single time I order from this place something goes wrong. The people who answer the phone are completely incompetent, the woman today answered the phone coughing in my ear. My order after an hour and a half never showed up and they tried to blame it on me calling the driver, saying I didn’t place an order and that I was speaking Spanish, so he canceled my order and brought it back to the store. I then had to call, asked for compensation the girl said no I have to pay call my manager at 6 and hung up on me, not even offering me to still receive my order . I’m a college student waiting to eat so I can start my homework and these people are the most incompetent dominos workers I’ve ever encountered.

horrible customer service. I ordered a pizza and saw that their pizza tracker delivery was 3 minutes out. I went to my front steps and waited. 20 minutes later no pizza. went home and called. they said no one was home. I told them I was sitting in front of my home. they said the driver doesn't know what I look like. I said do you use facial recognition now? I had my money in my hand and no one showed up. they must have gone to wrong address. No apology given, the lady said she will cancel the order. I wasted an hour from the time I put in the order.
