We went today but it was closed. It seems it’s being remodeled or something like that. Too bad! We were really looking forward to eating here ?

Made a reservation weeks ago and the restaurant was closed when we arrived. We were even reminded of our reservation by text. The doors were locked and all the windows seemed to have been covered over with paper. It seems like the same experience as other recent reviewers had.Very disappointed because the Double Zero location I tried in Rhode Island was excellent and I wanted to try the Boston location. Now I may not get the chance.

took my reservation 3 days prior - restaurant was closed when we showed up. not so much as a phone call or email letting me know my reservation would be canceled. will no longer be going to any other double zero restaurants - very disappointed

Made a reservation for Valentine’s Day, showed up, and the restaurant is completely closed down. Did not even have the courtesy to call their patrons, and we met many others standing outside the building in the same boat as us. No doubt they just left dozens of people high and dry on Valentine’s Day when it’s much too late to find another place to go. Extremely disappointing.

Awesome vegan cafe & pizzeria. That pizza is so good, you're non vegan friends will love it.Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair accessible, since the restaurant is at a basement level, with an entrance down the stairs.

As I have a mild nut allergy, my pizza took about 20 minutes longer to arrive than everyone else's, and even after confirming multiple times that there was no nuts in the pizza, I still had an allergic reaction. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU HAVE A NUT ALLERGY, EVEN MILD. Went with a group of mixed vegans, vegetarians and meat-eaters. The pizza was mediocre, a good portion but not tasty enough to justify the price - all the non-vegans were unimpressed by the cashew cheese. Service was friendly but slow, and the restaurant felt cramped.Vegetarian options: All vegan foodDietary restrictions: Awful if you have a nut allergy

The staff were very friendly and clearly working hard. It was possible for us to get a table on a Saturday night at 7pm without a reservation. This restaurant sells vegan food only. The restaurant appeared understaffed with two cooks doing everything and two hosts/waitstaff for the whole restaurant. Double zero was out of several things like the truffle pizza and cacio pepe on their menu. All of the pizzas and calzones were soggy. The imitation meat products did not closely represent meat. The eggplant parm was good but somewhat burned. It took us a very long time to get water. It might be worth going back if with vegans or if the restaurant is able to fully staff in the future.

It is a classy basement level pizza place with a hint of fine & dine feel. A bit pricier than I normally pay for pizza, but all vegan food! My favorite is the fried eggplant. We ordered Margherita pizza, a creamy pasta and tiramisu. The pizza was a bit too salty & sour for my taste. Tiramisu with light whip, I couldn't really taste the coffee, and would not order again for 12 bucks.Vegetarian options: I would like to come back to try a few other vegan pizzas.

I have a nut allergy, even though the menu says the food can be made nut free, the servers didn't seem to know or care about this. After we pointed it out to them on the menu, I still got food (Bianca pizza with rice cheese) with nuts in it, and vomited as soon as I got home. Avoid at all costs if you have even a mild nut allergy. Most of the people I was with did not enjoy the pizza either, it was expensive and service was slow.

The food was fine! We got the eggplant calzone to share, but I’m probably not dying to come back. There were also lots and lots of fruit flies probably affected our experience too

Such a great vibe. Was able to sit down right on time with our reservation. Plenty of space, the seats are picnic table style so I could see it being tough when it's crowded to feel private. Food was delicious, I'm not vegan and would bring non vegan friends. wine was tasty. The place is pretty small so you're able to grab the staff's attention easily when needed. Will definitely be back!

Place suuuucckkedd! This was the "Margherita Pizza". I'm all for the vegan lifestyle but this place gives it a super bad name. The crust was burnt, there was one basil leaf on the whole thing. They cut it into four slices so you couldn't even pick it up. The worst part is that when the "waiter" came over to see how everything was, I told him that the pizza was bad, and he said, "oh....sorry". Then disappeared until it was time to hand us the check. No refills on our water. No napkins. I never leave bad reviews because people gotta stay in business but man, this one deserves it.

Arrived at Double Zero for my reservation only to find that they wouldn't seat us because the restaurant was closing in 15 minutes. Based on other reviews, seems like a lot of other diners have had this issue. Whoever owns this place doesn't seem to put much effort into managing it well.

The food was very good. The service was okay. Our waitress was nice however, she never checked to see if we wanted another drink nor did she ask us if we were interested in dessert. She brought us the check as soon as we were done eating.
