I go to Dunks' locations all around the city and this is the most reliable and consistent by far.The staff are as efficient as the crowds allow and don't ignore customers with questions.They're also the only location where I've watched staff mix syrups at the bottoms of drinks. Other locations simply make the drink and you're left to try and swish around an unmixed hot liquid layer cake on your own.Definitely my favorite location to swing into.

Dunkin has not operated in Quebec/Canada for a long time. They should definitely do a market analysis again since we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the products.The coffee was McDonald's quality and the sausage croissants were excellent. There were plenty of donut choices & they were fresh on all three of our visits.The Tim Hirtons are in disarray over the poor quality of products & services, you would find a great business opportunity there.

Ordered an espresso shot and the man working the register didn't know what that was.After he checked with another employee, they served me a spiced cookie coffee with vanilla.I did not get a chance to complain since the employee had put his headphones in.

They don’t know what espresso is. Take your headphones out and listen to the customer. Ordered an espresso shot and I kid you not - ended up with a coffee coolata. Thought it was a joke. Gave it to a homeless person on the street. I should be surprised that this same exact thing happened to someone else (in this reviews) but given the incompetency of the employees, I’m not.

There was a homeless person INSIDE THE STORE soliciting money from every customer who walked in. The staff was clearly irritated but did nothing.

I think this is the slowest Dunkin in the area if you're using the mobile app. While you're waiting the screen will say your order is ready but they haven't even started to make it. It's painful to watch them make the food. I use the mobile app because I don't have that kind of time. I always think/hope it'll be different and so I order again but it's the same, and maybe, slower than I remember? If you have nothing but time, then this is the location for you. If you don't have time for that there's other locations on the next two blocks.

It is very unfortunate that I have to write this review as I do understand that the woman who is there most of the time (the manager?), probably works long and hard to keep this place going. Unfortunately though... as much time as she spends there she has not learned to properly key in orders. I corrected her multiple times as she was ringing me up. This happens for almost every order every time I come here. She has also become very loud with people and seems to find it okay to disrespect her fellow employees. She is always yelling at them and or insulting them in front of customers. It is not right. I think this is why turnover is so high at this location. I have also seen instances where she is rude with customers as well (I know this is the city-- but come on). I am not sure where upper management is in this situation because they desperately need to come oversee what is happening here. This location is visited constantly by MGH staff and patients as well as the other surrounding businesses and it is not ok that -- as someone else stated -- we are playing Russian roulette when it comes to getting our orders right. The manager(?) needs retraining on the system and retraining on leading/management. I feel so bad for the employees who are constantly humiliated in front of customers like this is a comedy house. Customer service is 50% there though (sometimes we get free donuts!) but that is not enough.

Stopped by here after doing a 5K along the Esplanade on a Saturday morning. I ordered an iced coffee and a turkey sausage sandwich using the app ahead of time and it was ready a few minutes later when I arrived. This Dunkin location is on the small side with very few places to sit. It's conveniently located across the street from the Charles/MGH T station.
