Don't ever order plain water from this place. I was handed a cup of water that had bits of dirt in it. When I was given another one after i confronted them about it, they still gave me a cup of water with dirt! Highly do not recommend.

I come here because I work in the building but I would avoid if possible, service is not good and employees do not seem well trained, thus there is often a long wait.

Horrible. Waited 30 min for a coffee I ordered on the app while it was basically dead inside and it never came out. If you want to spend money on literally nothing like I did than shop here!

Back in May when I was town visiting, I stopped inside the Prudential Center and got an iced matcha latte at this location. There was actually a few other Dunkin' in the vicinity. However, this is probably the preferred location if the weather outside is not cooperating. Per the usual, I skipped having to wait in line by placing my order on the mobile app. The pick-up spot for mobile orders was on the left end of the coffee shop. I was in and out of there with very minimal wait time.

The female that was working 12/29 at 4:00/5:00 pm needs to be retrained on the proper handling of food and preventing the spread of COVID/viruses. Her masks was below her nose, then she wiped/picked her nose and proceeded to use that same hand to open a bag to put donuts in. With that I was done and walked out. I understand that it’s hard to find workers, but if she doesn’t understand the basic, perhaps she should be encouraged to find a new job! Please note I was there 12/28 same time and the two people were great.
