Bad customer service. The ladies taking the order and making drinks were rude. I didnt hear them call out my drink and the cashier called it out really loud and they all laughed when I got my order.

I’ve officially been priced out of Dunkin. Everything is way too expensive now, nearly double the price it was a few years ago. I just went in and ended up walking out empty handed because it’s just not worth the price anymore.

This Dunkin's outlet is tucked away from plain view of Seaport Boulevard, inside a pedestrian alley and an outdoor staircase that connects to elevated streets to the south. Judging by the décor and the newer building which it occupies, this is a relatively new outlet, although there is no seating - only window-side counter space.The crowd is geared towards a morning and daytime office crowd, so most folks get their stuff to go anyway. This is typical Dunkin's fare - fast food, that is - whether pre-made baked goods full of empty carbs, hot items that are quickly zapped from a frozen state, plus bland coffee and sugary iced drinks. Prices at this outlet are noticeably higher than those at many suburban Dunkin's outlets.Still, my order was fulfilled super quickly - within seconds of when I'd punched it in via my mobile app. So kudos to the staff here for being on top of this. Also, mercifully, at the moment, Dunkin' Corporate hasn't filled this Yelp listing with insipid, contrived, staged "action shots" and other stock photos that don't reflect this particular location.Pro tip: you don't need to shove your food and drink into the photo - or massage, fondle, or molest it - with your bare, moist, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails. You also don't need to call attention away from the food with pointless "action" shots. Keep all body parts, plaque-laced bite marks, and distracting backgrounds out of the photo. This place should just go out of business. And closing hours need to be updated. They always close 40 mins before the hours online. Today I went to get coffee at 3:30 and the lights were off and doors were locked. They wouldn’t let me in. Mind you closing hours say 4pm. They were throwing things away and he said they are closed because they are cleaning. Ummmm but your hours say till 4pm. BAD FOR BUSINESS. NO WONDER YOU GUYS ARE ALWAYS EMPTY. I WAS JOT THE ONLY ONE WAITING TO GET COFFEE EITHER. THERE WERE 3 other people outside

It was disappointing this was marketed as a place where one could dine in. It is not. There isn’t a single table or stool in the place. Additionally, the hot food preparer was not wearing any sort of hat or head covering. Disappointing.

Maybe I got lucky or just didn’t order something that could be messed up… but my experience didn’t match a bulk of the reviews currently here about this Dunkin’ location.There were five people behind the counter and I got my order fast. They even were willing to break up change in a way that I needed them to. Good service and normal quality food for Dunkin’ standards.

bad costumer service, and space is not clean. They got my order wrong and keep in mind i had to repeat to him the order like 4 times for him to get it right. Hard to comunicate with the workers. And gave me my matcha spilled and w lumps.
