Employees are not skilled, work very slowly, are not in a hurry, do not care about customers.

There is 2 locations a grand total of 20 feet from each other. Both are equivalent in quality.

The employees shouldn’t assume that you don’t want your change from an order. Any establishment you go to gives you the exact change from your order. Doesn’t matter if it’s a few cents. If someone came a few cents short asking for ask item they wouldn’t be able to purchase.

Hands down the slowest service I have ever experienced. The young lady workin the register seemed to be honestly trying to go as slow as possible.1 person in front of me and NO line upon arrival..all I ordered was a coffee roll.,12 minutes later I was still waiting for item..YES,I canceled it and took my refund down to other end of station..2 minutes, all done...

Just got a $5 cup of pink ice water instead of a nice dunkins refresher after work. I have had nothing but horrible experiences at dunks inside north station. Should be illegal to be that bad at your services you provide.

I just ordered a coffee they made wrong one. And they didn’t regret for that. Even they dropped little bit while giving on table inspite of they didn’t wiped glass. One of the worst experiences I ever had from Dunkin’ . Too much terrific experience.

Slow service even with online ordering. Never open on time. If you cannot provide service at 6am as posted online, just move opening time.

Ordered a plain bagel toasted with butter & cream cheese. They weren't busy but the service was slow, the butter was nearly frozen, and the bagel was barely toasted and hard.

Love all the staff, very friendly to my kids and myself when we stop by there.

There are two Dunkin's within 100 steps of each other (yes, I counted this) in the same lobby here at North Station. One is at the western exit to the station concourse while another is in the heart of the station waiting area, just inside fare gates that have just been installed.Either way, the folks working here do a decent job whittling down a constant onslaught of orders from customers who are likely to be more impatient than most, given that they're either getting on or coming off a train, or could be on their way to a Garden event or an appointment at a nearby office. Helpfully, if there's any confusion as to where you ordered (if via mobile app), the counter at the western exit has an electronic status screen with everyone's order numbers on it. As for the food and drink, it's typical Dunkin's too: bland coffee, sugary drinks, empty donuts, and ultra-zapped hot items.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.
