Cashier gave me the wrong order, I told her i wanted an ice coffee and she gives me a hot coffee. Confronted her and she told me I said Hot coffeee when i didn't and didn't give me a refund and my ice coffee.

I ordered slowly to make sure that my coffee is correct, did not do any wrong, but my husband and I were yelled by the cashier, and she threw the barcode reader on the table while taking our orders. Then, our orders were incorrect. As a human, I believed that I do not deserve that attitude.

I enjoy a medium Iced coffee & sometimes I'll get a wake up wrap, other days I'll get a donut, lastly I sometimes get a sausage, egg & cheese on a croissant bc it's larger than a wake up wrap. Delicious!!

We were in a hurry but had a group of 6 so we decided to pop into a Dunkin on our way to catch a tour. Our expectations were low (big city, chain, etc...) but we were so pleasantly surprised. The two girls who took our order etc,.. were just delightful. So full of energy and smiles and so helpful. I have never written a review for a small restaurant like this, but these girls deserve some recognition. We so appreciated MADDIE & KAYLA! They totally made our day & made our experience a very positive one!

Says it opens at 5:30 which it does. Delivery stops at 6:30. I had to wait a while to be serviced. The woman was the only person there and the line got long. I was able to get my coffee in an efficient time but it still took a while.

Never opens on time. Supposed to open at 530AM lady just showed up at 545AM still waiting for them to open but will probably have to leave without the coffee I paid for on the app since I have work at 6AM

Bad service attitude! Impatient and don't ask too many questions.
I just ordered a medium hazelnut coffee and paid cash($3.48). A man working there gave me $6.50 so I went on asking 2 freaking pennies. Gave me a dirty stare and threw it on the table. How rude. I think the guy is total non-essential.

Located next to an entrance to the Chinatown T station at the busy corner of Washington and Essex, this Dunkin's outlet occupies a tight footprint but still manages to offer some windowside counter space where you can enjoy a bland cup of coffee or an ultra-processed donut or hot item. Convenient enough for a quick, cheap Dunkin's fix, although note that donuts and baked goods can sell out by early afternoon. Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Do off-center, tackily slanted "action" shots add any value? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions or gimmicks whatsoever.
