Apart from a couple times when it was randomly closed during the day, I have appreciated having this Dunkin around for a donut / munchkin snack. The ladies here were really nice last time I visited and honestly brightened my day! I found the classic old fashioned to be a little plain and dry for my taste, but I really like the chocolate cake, blueberry, and cornbread munchkins! Boston creme is my typical go-to donut, but sometimes it can be a little too sweet for my mood, so I get a classic chocolate glazed donut. I would recommend this location!

I order a vanilla Chai tea and the person behind the register made the wrong drink twice, I nicely said that next time if they don't make the drink no more just let me know. Out no where a so call manager jumps into the conversation and said that if I don't want it to get my money back. Very unprofessional worst DD

Slow service, old place in need of renovation, employees don't seem to care about anything, they lose mobile orders, lines out the door at 1pm? 15 minutes from mobile order to being ready, but there's no one waiting and no one doing anything behind the counter. Looks like they don't even start making them until you show up, what's the point in that.
Rude employees and cheap quality stuff. And they charge you more for it. What a terrible experience

Not to be confused with Dukin' Donuts, which is located in North Carolina at Duke University. The service is okay here. It was the location that I went to right before tanning to try and wake myself up with a nice piping hot hot chocolate, but the problem was that it wasn't piping hot, and I expect it to be, and it was also a little watered down, which often they are not because it's one of the best places to get hot chocolate. Disappointing, then. So overall I would toss it a two. And my voice dictation would like to add: "To find a girlfriend I love you I have to pee really bad I dropped my alley Powell but we have 17 minutes" - I have no idea what this means.
