The staff are hardworking but this place is strange and operates differently from other stores in the chain. They don’t allow ordering and collecting points through the Dunkin app even though they advertise the App prices on the menu… Seems like a ploy to overcharge students. Shame.

Every single time I get a sandwich it’s cold. I don’t mean undercooked, I mean actually cold to the touch. I have to give it back and ask them to cook it every time.

If you can go to a different Dunkin Donuts - do that.

I ordered one coffee they charged me for two and the made both wrong. The lines are always long and most of the staff is nice there are few that are rude. They burn the bread when they toast it and ate constantly rushing everyone. The mobile orders aren’t in a secure location and they don’t have the same menu options as they do when you stand in line. They often don’t make your order even when you order on Bites, until you get there. If you can go go to campus Starbucks not worth it. They also run out of hash browns and constantly replace them with tater tots forThe cafeteria

In my experience, the staff are very friendly, and exceptionally quick. Even when the line is super long, you can still get your order in a timely manner. I'm honestly very impressed by their service. In terms of accuracy, I've only had one incorrect order, but it was not a big deal so I didn't raise any issue (iced caffe latte instead of an iced matcha latte, but it was still good). Also, this Dunkin' makes the matcha lattes better than most Dunkin' locations: most don't blend it enough, but either their machine works better than others or they use the right proportions of milk and matcha powder. Either way, it results in a smooth, creamy beverage that is much better than the overly sweet, gritty sediment I've experienced from other locations.

They always get my order wrong. Sometimes I think it's because of how loud the campus center gets but even when I order when it's silent, they still manage to get it wrong so I'm starting to think it's them. Repeating the order back and ensuring the correct order would be great

Horrible! I came here today at 5am right before work, i ordered two glazed donuts. While waiting in line i couldn't find my debit card. When i approached the window I kindly asked the employee if they accept apple pay due to the fact i misplaced my debit card. She proceed to tell me I have to go inside & I explained to her I didn't have time to park and go inside. And she begins giving me an attitude letting me know i was wrong for asking to do apple pay. After a little back and fourth she finally lets me use apple pay. When i got to work i realized my donuts were STALE! as if she gave me the ones from last night ( they are 24 hours ) never coming back again.

Terrible Dunkin Donuts location. There are many others nearby to visit instead. The staff is terrible and rude. The staff is not customer service focused, and would rather argue with a customer than provide service. Also, the drive thru line is miserable and slow. For example: to avoid the large and slow drive thru line I ordered "on the go." I accidentally selected drive thru instead of walk in and the inside staff would not assist me. Rather than provide customer service and help me on my way, I had to go into the drive thru line and was late for my event. They can do better, but have no desire. Pro tip: the South Boston location on Old Colony is busier, but a pleasure! The line moves quickly and the staff always has a smile and friendly greeting.

Please tell me why there is a white employee dressed as a Pilgrim at your drive thru window today wishing folks a Happy Thanksgiving. I don't care what her intentions are. It's one thing to even celebrate this day BUT to dress as a Pilgrim... Not Ok! In case you need a reminder when said Pilgrims cane to America they wiped off a huge amount of the native population with disease. They colonized the land and it was the start of White Supremacy as we know it today. It is 2019, do better!

Needed a quick sandwich and also got a pumpkin latte. I'm hooked on them now. Location in a grocery store makes it flexible.

I think this is a perfectly nice Dunkin'. I've lost a lot of favor for the Dunkin' brand since the quality of their coffee and breakfast sandwiches has slowly deteriorated, however this location has always provided a pleasant experience. I usually come at off-peak times, so I cannot comment on how they handle the morning rush. Today, I was greeted with a smile and a "how are you?" from Janila, who was very friendly and pleasant. I also got a nice smile when I picked up my drink. The location is clean, has WiFi, a decent indoor seating area and *bonus* and few outdoor tables. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is the crazy parking lot situation. Cars come at you from all directions, the drive through lane is confusingly designed, and getting in and out of the parking lot (in the median of Morrissey Blvd) is a gamble every time.

Drive through is awful. I still come here often as it's close to my office but they need a new speaker system outside to hear your order. I need to repeat my order at least 3 times when ordering then when I finally make it to the window they aren't ready with my order and I need to repeat myself again and then they make my coffee. I only ever get coffee or tea so nothing extravagant but it is always a 5-10 min process. It's even worse if there is a line. Inside I have found is fast and efficient.

Horrible, Extremely long lines, The donuts are usually only half glazed (Helps cut costs?), Not enough staff working, have found a hair in the glazing of one of my donuts, and if they run out of something it usually takes a week for them to get it back
