This Dunks is like a coin toss - you never know what you're going to get and you never know how long you're going to wait. The quality is so subpar compared to other Dunkin's, but there is a huge reason for that. I truly do feel bad and I try my best to order ahead of time, but sometimes, it's not enough. The workers here are bombarded by ALL of the healthcare workers in the LMA. It truly is not fair for any of the employees here. I do think that the main problem is being understaffed. Usually if I get my usual order, it's fine. But sometimes, the quality does fall apart. There are many incidents where my order was not complete and I had to wait extra to even get someone's attention.

Probably one of the worse dunks in terms of service I’ve ever been too, people who walk in get their order faster then coming in 40 mins after making a mobile order and the order not even being done for an iced tea? The convenience of the location is not even worth it anymore

Slow due to staffing issues , but decent coffee made here . Not bad but not a place I’m always going to come to . Many other Dunks nearby that are better lol

If it wasn't for this one employee who works in the morning all alone, I would not be giving my service to this place. This employee runs around like crazy trying to take care of takeout orders and in store orders. She is always very nice and patient even when customers aren't so understanding. No employee, especially at a Dunks that is located in between hospitals shouldn't be working alone at all, period. It's not fair to her as well as the customers, who most of them are on a time limit due to work. This place takes full advantage of this one woman. I hope she is getting a raise. Whoever this manager is who does this to her sucks.

There is ONE employee that works every single morning tirelessly to a line that is impossible to manage with one person. This is a location in a hospital, and what do hospital workers need in the morning? Coffee. So yeah, its freakin' busy. She works her butt off every single morning by herself trying to make as many drinks as she can at once, a multitasker who is making the best of a situation. She is always there, without fail.Yesterday morning, a new white lady was at the location working with her. She was berating our tireless worker, calling her stupid, slow, harassing her, etc. It is worth noting that the woman who works every single day by herself is a person of color who was being abused at work by a white lady. She was shouting, harassing, and creating a horribly hostile work environment that clearly made all of the customers extremely uncomfortable. People were walking out because it was absolutely ridiculous to see this treatment occur, this racist treatment occur.Yeah, our faithful dunkin' barista is not perfect. But she sure as hell shows up and works her butt off every single day, and THAT is what matters. To see her belittled, embarrassed, harassed, and abused was absolutely heartbreaking and unacceptable. I hope that Dunkin' Donuts take immediate action against this woman who, first of all didn't make much of a difference in terms of wait time, and second of all was displaying the most unprofessional and clearly racist behavior. BYEThank you, to our unnamed dunkin' hero for not only putting up with all of us healthcare workers, but this horrible woman. We appreciate you so much. You make our morning.Oh and management, you best be hiring way more people to get this woman support. And it better not be this white lady.

Where to begin....I was at this location on Oct. 18 and there was one employee working. Turns out it was her first day on the job. She seemed overwhelmed taking and making orders and appeared to have received little in the way of training. At one point she walked out from behind the counter and was on her phone apparently calling her manager. She told waiting customers she wasn't supposed to make or take any other orders until her manager got there. After another phone call she said the store doesn't have a manager. About an hour later I finally got my order, 2 drinks and 5 munchkins. Several other customers appeared to have walked out without getting orders for which they paid. I contacted Dunkin's customer service via Facebook and was advised the franchisee would contact me. After providing the franchisee a copy of my credit card transaction as requested (this was a walk in order and I wasn't offered a receipt) their only solution was to set up a time to go into the store to meet with the manager for a $10 refund. The store is an hour away from me. No apology, no other offer to make right a horrible customer experience. Guess I shouldn't be surprised as it appears this franchisee doesn't take pride in its store as evidence by throwing a new employee into an overwhelming situation. Horrible representation of Dunkin.
