I would like to know why this Location is charging $ 4.06 for a Large Black Ice Coffee. Everywhere I go they charge me $ 3.63.

There's an employee who said that the ham Swiss croissant is not available every time I go. Yet, when I go at a time when she's not working, I am able to order a ham Swiss croissant. But every time I go when she's working, she says that they just ran out. For example, when I went in the morning, she said there was none. Then, I went back 2 hours later, and they had it, but the lady was not working."

This atmosphere is very busy at lunch time not a place to relax but a great place for fresh food and coffee. The staff were constantly running. As I sat and watched them and ate my food they did an excellent job. Almost sold out on donuts.

Definitely improving, New staff needs some training in handling food orders and food prep, otherwise, Very good. The staff is polite and friendly. They recognize returning customers, and usually will have their coffee/order ready be the time you get to the counter.Parking: Parking can fill up quickly depending on time of day and other local business operations. Be careful not to get blocked in by the Dunkin delivery truck, it is possible to get blocked by others double parking.

Service and order accuracy is pretty hit or miss. I’ve only ever seen one manager I believe, a woman, and she herself has amazing service and pushes employees to have good customer service, even corrects orders when they are wrong. However, when there is not manager present, seems to be a free for all. No communication, yet some employees get upset that I ask for orders to be corrected before I pay for it. Usually have to have a little taste before I leave or else I’ll have to walk all the way back to fix an order. Usually, hot coffees I order never have the flavoring in them so I have to ask for it, which isn’t well received by some employees. I’ve tried mobile ordering to make things quicker, but they often run out of things (which is fine, it’s expected) and DONT communicate it. I end up waiting 10 min for food that doesn’t exist and sometimes am met with a hostile employee who doesn’t want to give me another item.
