Minimum wage, ignorant servers, offer minimum and ignorant service. To be expected.
This Dunkin's outlet is super convenient, as it faces City Hall Plaza and the Government Center T station entrance. Service is quick and efficient, and even though there are no spaces to sit, you can stand at windowside counters where there are thoughtful charging outlets. Otherwise, the coffee, donuts, and hot items are typical Dunkin's - nothing special, but dependably cheap, especially if you have their addictive mobile app.Note: the insipidly contrived stock images currently dominating this Yelp listing have been uploaded by Dunkin' Corporate and do not reflect this particular location - a violation of Yelp rules. Who wants to see bare, wrinkly hands and dirty fingernails shoving food or drink into their face? Keep it classy and keep it focused on the food and drink with no distractions whatsoever.

Best place to go for quality, economically-priced value products!!!Ironically, next door to a Starbucks which is not economic, but has the higher end products that you PAY through the nose for.

Despite being allowed to order and pay for iced lattes and iced cappuccinos, they tell me they "don't do those" and didn't offer a refund.

The people that they have there now don’t know how to make coffee. Too much cream and almost no coffee. Ask them to redo it still the same. Will be going to a different one. Last week they had a group of boys there they were awesome both in speed and making coffee. This group is not it.
