Horrible, the cashier was poking his nose and after he didn’t wash hand and made me the coffee. It’s very disgusting ….. and you can’t understand his word.

Never have had a good experience here. Always empty, order ahead, and still have to wait 15 minutes and ask for my order when in the store. Go to any other Dunkin in the financial district where they understand time is money and people who order ahead obviously don't have time to wait in the morning.

Horribly understaffed. Went in for a breakfast sandwich and after 20 minutes I requested a refund. There was a man who was obviously new who was incapable of processing the refund. His only coworker was just beginning to make my sandwich and he had to wait for her to finish so that she could refund my money. All they could do was apologize as they were doing the best they could. I asked for a manager and they told me one was not available at the moment. People were walking out left and right, frustrated. Completely ridiculous. They need to hire more people, train them thoroughly and just do better. No one wants the same people handling money, making food or waiting almost a half hour for a premade breakfast sandwich.

plan about 30 minutes ahead for a pickup order or it won’t be ready. totally defeats the purpose. also make sure you double check your order before you leave!!!

Since Hilton was not open for breakfast most clients we to Dunkin for morning coffee. (Much less that the Hilton Cafe @$4)

The attitude from one of the supervisor is horrible. She treats her employees badly. And don't even try the pumpkin flavored coffee. It taste like old syrup.

Home of Dunkin Donuts, you can find one of these every block here (ok, almost!). This location was just a few steps from our hotel (Hilton Downtown Fanueil Hall) and we had breakfast here twice last week. Great smiling service, good Dunkin taste and quality and hooray hooray hooray a great glass of unsweet real brewed iced tea for this southern girl iced tea snob.
I love this dunks however please do not allow pets in the store and if you do please do not allow them to jump on the counter, it is unsanitary and unsafe m. And what if I have a pet allergy I am very disappointed

Love this Dunks location. The counter height seating overlooking State Street is a nice spot to sit and enjoy some hot coffee, my frozen coffee with almond milk or my bagel toasted with cream cheese. They also have a gender neutral single bathroom. Workers behind the counter are always smiling here and never seem to have to wait long!

We were looking for something fun and tasty for my kids that were craving a donut. Coming from LA we had high expectations of Dunkin' Donuts and they held up our expectations of what an amazing donut should taste like! We now understand the fascination with Dunkin' Donuts!
