Conveniently located across from the hotel, figured it would save a trip from walking further down for coffee and breakfast. Unfortunately, the drink tasted horrible which was expected since the gentleman working there named Singh clearly seemed like he didn't want to be there or do the work, let alone provide proper service. He had a bad attitude towards his work. The cold coffee was nothing but creamer and the hot drink was not hot at all or tasted right, took him not even a minute to make the two drinks. Will not be returning nor recommend it to others.

I used this Dunkin location many times as I was staying nearby at the Courtyard hotel. The service and quality was great. I also used the Dunkin app to order in=advance, and my food was always waiting for me when I arrived.

I work at another Dunkin' in the greater Boston area and frequent this one when I use public transport. Every time I've gone the staff have been friendly, calm, chill. Being an essential worker in a pandemic is hard and working in a busy shop can definitely be stressful, but all the employees were handling it great. I even envied how clean it was in here, things can get messy behind the counter at my store now and then, but the place is neater than ever.I think people are more inclined to make reviews when they have a bad experience. All the times I've been here have been nice.Also, everything I've ever ordered tasted great. :)

Okay I have been trying to keep ok about this. But there's one lady there that has glasses and she works the oven sometimes, and she just does not care at all.. she slaps everything onto one side and is really rude about it. My friend told me when she got hers it was all on one side too. Idk if I'm being dramatic. But if I wanted a regular plain bagel I would get that. Not this half assed s****
