This is really just your typical Dunkin' in the city. The service is fast, but not especially friendly. This Dunkin' is conveniently located near Haymarket and Fanuiel Hall. Since it's in such a touristy area, it's no surprise that the premises aren't the cleanest around. If you want to use the bathroom, you need to get one of the employees to buzz you into the bathroom. In other words, don't expect the same type of Dunkin' that you'd find in the suburbs.However, a Dunkin' is a Dunkin' and you'll get the same quality food and drinks here that you'd find at any other Dunkin'. I didn't try any of their donuts or other baked goods, but they looked pretty standard. Does the job if you're looking for a quick coffee, tea, or breakfast sandwich.

Literally the best Dunkin’ I have EVER visited. The team works like a well oiled machine, my coffee was done before I could even walk to the end of the counter. Great coffee. Went there every morning my week in Boston and my coffee was excellent every single time. Well done

Needed a place to charge my phone while stuck in Boston and she was nice about that and also me using a ton of app deals even though their system was having issues. I was broke and stuck so i appreciate them letting me sit a for a bit with my coffee. Hash browns hit

The service is ok and frankly the coffee is just ok... The staff are less than friendly and do not communicate well. Lastly, the store is filthy.
