Food is great. Horrible service. Went there and got a big order, but the cashier refused to give me a bag even tho bags were available. She even gave me a bad attitude for asking. Poor customer service, be aware!
If you are a paying customers there should be access to restrooms!

They’re great people but i come here everyday. They refused to remake a Dunkin’ coffee prepared at another location. My issue is , I’m a faithful customer of 3 years now. I takes nothing to remake a coffee. Why would I go back to a location that already got my order wrong? That’s common sense. They definitelylost a customer.

I ordered one of the new pancake wake up wraps and was unpleasently surpised with finding a punctured syrup pack in the bag. There was syrup all over my other food, on me, and my car. The puncture was right in the middle of the packet so you cannot tell me that someone just grabbed that without getting syrup all over themself because no matter how carefully I pulled it out of the bag, syrup was still everywhere. At least be more cautious or like pay attention. why would you throw an opened container that is not supposed to be open, into a bag with other food???
Horrible experience. The manager was hostile and swore at us. Kept arguing and causing a commotion. Never going back there and advise you not to either. Manager was tall guy in glasses.

Been coming here for about 14 years now, and every time I visit this location I get a wave of nostalgia. I have tried just about everything on the menu. Consistently good food, maybe once or twice my order wasn't up to par. Parking is limited, however. It is shared with the restaurant next door, and very hard to get out of.
