While some staff members are very nice, one staff person continually either yelled at or ignored customers. It made me uncomfortable. This has happened on multiple occasions.

It’s a dunkin. The cold brew foam has been watery here. No where to sit. Bought 4 donuts today- received 3. What’s the point of order ahead if you have to remind the staff what you want? Sugar station in disarray. Donuts looking a bit melty. Not great. When they move locations hopefully they’ll improve.

Mistakes will sometimes happen, which is understandable given the volume of customers that this location sees, but the team working the counter is always remarkable generous and kind. They'll correct the matter and offer a donut on the side for your trouble. Keep being excellent, team!

Man, this is the unhappiest Dunkin I've ever been to. All the workers seem angry and miserable. One of the bathrooms was closed, and the other was flooded. Extra star for the A+ parking lot.

All drinks were over flowing and a huge mess. Wasn't crowded and no attempt to mix drink components together. Parking lot is convenient.

The BEST Dunkin I've been to in the city! The coffee actually tastes right (some Dunkin coffee tastes like it sits for days) and the egg & cheese croissants always melt in your mouth. They put the customer first and have a great staff that cares!

Had every donut I want. Unfortunately they seemed kind of rushed.. borderline rude. I think it may be because they expect people to know exactly their order, which is kind of unreasonable. Donuts were great and everyone wore masks.

They dont have good customer service they said they close at 3 and by 2:50 they're closed and said they threw everything away.

It's really frustrating when the convenient Dunkin's is in such a sorry state.Staff here routinely ignore mask mandates and have been clearly undertrained by management, leading to all but the most simple orders being blundered - this is not a staff issue, but a systemic problem with management. After seeing a slew of new workers over the course months having the same issues, and the same old guard as dismissive of sanitation as ever, one can't really hope this place will turn around any time soon.Additionally, they have recently cut indoor seating, making it a glorified subway Dunkins. I really recommend putting a few minutes into you morning coffee ritual to avoid this place.
