Very disappointed, I order a large hot matcha latte, and the lady replies that she will put ice cubes in my warm drink, I don't know why. I got a cold matcha latte as I asked for it hot. The price is not what was quoted instead of paying $4.29 the drink was $4.79. It's wrong to not display the real prices of your drinks on the board. When I said they were a problem of price they told me it's normal we increased them... not fair

This is not your typical Dunkin' donuts it is located within a convenience store however I use my D&D app and place my order, my server was great. I would eat here again.

Excellent service great crew
Order was correct but there was only 1 person working and although it's a small location inside a corner store it was still busy .
The employees must pay for the cream cheese out of pocket because they are stingy and never fully cover even half of my bagel.
Always nice and friendly staff here and your standard dunks coffee !
