I am loyal customer most week end as I am working around that area. But today I was having work and went there to buy machkien both glazed and chocolate 50 for me and 50 for my friend who was with me there. First of all the employer she find not even say hi or sorry while we wait more than 20 minutes she just keep making ready her online orders. And as customers we deserve respect and good customer service. She did not bother to say sorry for how long we waited!!! When she come to listen to as she said with her rude attitude can you plz pay first before she listen out order properly. So disappointed the employee name is Mishal !!! The worst customer service tonight!!!!

1115 PM deranged vagrant asked for change, cramped parking, cars likely involved in non-donut activities. For a Jacksonville girl, this was all run of the mill.I recommend the double chocolate with sprinkles.

They just totally redid this place and it's now nice it used to be small and terrible to go into now it's nice and big and cleanParking: There's literally 5 spots in this tiny tiny sloped parking lot and people park like idiots here taking up more than 1 spot so there's never really parking in the lot I park right after the location on the right side of the road even though it says no parking if your just running in and out of dunkins real quick your never going to get a ticket or get towed
I'm delighted to see that the Andrew Square Dunkins has been renovated it is so clean & just fabulous, I'm from South Boston & I've been coming here for many, many years. I moved away so today was my first time back in about a year, the staff was so friendly & kind, they were very happy to make my visit a good one. I got 2 hot coffees and 2 donuts which were so fresh & delicious! I will definitely be coming back more often!!

Open 24 hours. Great service. Donuts are old. Better donut shop down the street. They are also open 24 hours. They just don't want to sell them.
Literally the best dunkin in the whole state of Massachusetts. Every time I get a drink there it’s OTHERWORLDLY levels of good. My friend got a cornbread muffin here? Best cornbread muffin he ever had. Every latte I’ve gotten here has been perfectly foamed. Thank you, Dunks by the Andrew red line station!!!!Dietary restrictions: Exceptional almond milk, best in the business.

Some ppl are just picky about their coffee and food....I unfortunately happen to be one of them!!!!!Parking: Very congested 2 way in AND out onto 2 very busy streets and high foot traffic areas. So if you can't drive.... I wouldn't recommend trying this one!!!Wheelchair accessibility: They have 2 doors, but only one is wheelchair accessible. One wheelchair accessible parking spot (near the wheelchair accessible entrance).

I haven't been to this Dunkin's since I was a kid in the 90s and went to the Dever, but my oh my they have invested well and know their market. Definitely the nicest Dunkin's I have ever been to! They have tap handles like a bar for high efficiency of their customers' orders AND an LED screen?!?! Wow!?Parking: There's about 6 spots put front, 7 if you block the entrance/exit next to Andrew Station. Why people don't use their eyes, I don't know. A ramp means an exit!
