There’s these two young Latina girls maybe in their 20’s who don’t speak a word of English, never smiles, never speak a word to me (I speak Spanish) or look at me in the eyes, always gets my orders wrong. Even with it’s convenient location won’t get me to support this place.
Got me and my son both cold coffee and donuts. I asked for extra light almost white with almond milk took her 3 tries, that's why only 4 stars ? and not 5

I am a regular customerI come in Monday through Sunday.Your weekday crew is the BEST. Your weekend crew is horrendous. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.They will be the reason I don't ever come back. I got grub hub delivered FOR one time in my entire life, I got my order opened it up and everything but 3 donuts (The only food I ordered) Wasn't in it.I called the store to see if it was okay for my driver to be nice enough to go back to grab them, each time I called they'd hang up the phone on me.How unprofessional!!! I wasn't mad. Now I am fuming.I'm done with this location for good. You will not get another dime from me.My grub hub driver was amazing, it's YOUR store. They need to learn to the answer the phone because this could've been solved and not blown out of proportion.

I LOVE this Dunkin, particularly because of Ana, the manager. She knows everyone's order, and she often has mine ready when I approach the counter. It is friendly and inviting - something you don't expect at a Dunkin. There is seating and restroom access, which has become a priority for me since the start of the pandemic. Highly recommend!
