This location is in dire need of a reboot. The staff here could greatly benefit from comprehensive customer service training, and it's possible that offering better pay could potentially serve as a motivating factor to encourage them to perform their duties with greater accuracy and diligence. My recent visit was marred by a glaring error - I ordered a hot latte but received an iced latte in a hot cup. Such disregard for customer expectations is simply unacceptable.
