It’s always clean at this location whenever I grab my usual small iced, 4 pumps of caramel, 1 cream. They always make my coffee the right way and the staff is warm and friendly. This company in general does fair trade beans. If I could work at this company I definitely would again!
I ordered a coffee with caramel and cream and didn’t get any caramel, my donut was stale even though it was early in the morning and it should’ve been fresh. I also got a sandwich and the cheese wasn’t melted but the bread was burned. I then went in again and it seemed like they used the same bread just with the melted cheese. The staff sucks and the women taking my order didn’t even speak English.

Was served hot coffee in a plastic cup when I let the person who served me know it’s not a medium they got an attitude and went to measure it in the right coffee cup and it was only half way full then she still proceeded to pour the hot coffee into the plastic cup which was very very hot and they had to double it
