My kid spilled their hot cocoa. They didn't help clean, they wouldn't bring out a mop. They weren't busy...just sat and watched me clean it up with 582,294 napkins. My hands were sticky and covered in cocoa and I wanted to wash my hands. The bathroom was locked so I asked to wash my hands - they said no. I asked for a wet paper towel or napkin to clean my hands, they said no. Great place ? Next time I'll let them clean up their counter and floor.

Worst Dunkin donut ever,Service , slow , there are too many workers but no one helps, i wait for my coffee 10 minuts they give me the wrong one ,I ask as a favor to get the right one , they get mad and it take another 8 minuts to make it , no just me all the other costumers was complaining about wrong items

Short-staffed 5 employees working so not sure if that's short staffed for a Dunkin of that size. Staff swearing line was out the door. They were only working on App orders all 5 staff. There was food, papers , and coffee all over the floor behind the counter, the pick up area was gross with spilled coffee and some things else split of a green/blue color. There's a young asian kid who works the register from time to time who is flat out awful!! I literally watched him prepare a caramel latte and he picked up any random cup from the expresso machine and poured whatever was in the cup into the latte. Don't even know how long that cup been sitting there on the latte machine. Didn't rinse out the cup and didn't get fresh expresso from the machine either. Kevin Richardson (District Manager) really need to make himself useful and visit this store instead of twiddling his thumbs and doing predominantly nothing before somebody or their child get sick behind one of the employees from this store. Seriously!!
