Very nice Dunkin’ Donuts location on Columbus avenue, they always have a nice selection of fresh donuts especially in the early morning hours, the employees are very nice and very helpful as well.

Dunking food and drinks are and is the bomb I go in, and the service is always quick. You can also order online and just pick up your food. Even if you want coffee at night, it's still the best.

Some of the employees here either need their eyes checked, or are completely narrow-minded... I am a woman who has a medical issue with my larynx, which causes my voice to sound deeper... but aside from that, I don't look a tad bit masculine at all. I go to grab a bite while I am waiting for my laundry in the driers, and despite the fact that I am very feminine-looking (I had eye makeup, acrylic nails, a woman's coat, and even a purse... not to mention a D-cup sized bust), the cashier decides that my voice is what matters above all else, and addressed me as "sir" - JUST BECAUSE OF MY VOICE!! I mean, come on, everyone's voice sounds different! She was apologetic after I told her to take a good look at me, and explained why my voice sounds as deep as it does... but because I am obviously a woman whenever anyone sees me... this mistake should never have happened in the first place! There is NO EXCUSE! Ignorance is bliss, indeed!

Karen is the worst , she told me she was going to take care of my coffee & when I got it it was gross I threw it away. No regard for the customer . should honestly get a new job she's miserable !
I am a big Dunkin fan. Though I was throughly disappointed with my experience here. My usual order is a medium iced coffee with oat milk and 3 french vanilla swirl, but I had to compromised with a Raspberry Watermelon Refresher with Green tea, which is phenomenal, because they were all out of french vanilla swirl. Though I love the drink I ordered, I'm disappointed that I couldn't have my coffee this morning. The service was great, everything was out quickly and made efficiently. The only thing was the worker who seemed impatient taking our order. He could've seemed a little happier like his coworkers.

I don’t understand why when there’s a issue they claim they can’t give you your money back and you’ll have to come back when the big boss comes in order for that to happen. I’ve heard that twice now two different occasions. Why is there never a shift on duty that has access to do refunds and over rides. It’s weird and a-bit sus. Then your employee act like they don’t care when something happens. I used to like this location but it’s always something everytime I go it’s and it’s embarrassing ?♀️
