I bought a toasted croissant with butter on it and a hot latte with caramel. The croissant was all burned and had lots of butter very greasy and the latte wasn’t a latte wasn’t a coffee and I went back and retuned it and the manager didn’t even care. What a poor customer service. Staff with attitudeAnd not friendly at all. Like they get forced to work with a mad face and all.

I recommend to not go to this dunkin unless it’s a last resort place the manager really made fun of me for having a disability. She was making me pay for whip cream ok and also didn’t even let me add whip cream after I told her I could give her the 50 cents. She didn’t have a nice attitude and didn’t tell me have a nice day. She has the audacity to hurt someone’s feelings and don’t even feel bad she did it. And then they almost forgot my muffin I paid for. I hope everyone sees this on here as well. The only thing that I was happy about was the gentleman employee understood me and he made the coffees really good and he grabbed my muffin cause the manager forgot.

1236 Dorchester Ave, Boston MA 02125. Manager has NO customer service.. She completely ignored me when ive been waiting on my already paid for; about 20 minute ALREADY done and bagged meal that they could of just handed to me. Instead she gave me extreme attitude for no reason after the fact she tries to tell me im at the wrong place or my order would be ready. I was staring at the bag with my name on it.. She then realizes shes wrong and continues to harp ME because shes upset she made a mistake that now has had me waiting 30 minutes! I asked for her name respect fully to report the matter to DoorDash, she then slammed the drive through window on my hand while I am grabbing my order and said " Call DoorDash were not giving you nothing" and continues to trap my hand in the door with enough pressure to genuinely hurt my hand and call EMS and The Police. I for sure will be pressing charges. Im terminally ill and disabled, in a wheelchair with my service dog who is now past anxiety and into full blown protection mode.. Never coming here again and highly considering dropping Dunkin' all together.

Pretty average customer service and the prices in my opinion are a little overpriced but most of all, the area is a complete disaster of a wasteland. The inside gas security just because of the amount of drug selling and fights and whatnot. Other than that they do their best with what they have.

Purchased 25 munchkins to bring home to the kids that were craving donuts and they were so stale they were inedible. I was so disappointed I called the store just to let the young man that I was disappointed, I didn’t even think about returning them which I should’ve because they’re getting pricey and went to the trash... he was a sweetheart when I was there so I was nice about it just rather disappointed. I work at BMC and thought they’d be fresher at Melnea Cass location but I was definitely wrong.

I've used the app to order ahead and I can honestly say they've gotten my order correct maybe once or twice out of a few dozen visits. A handful of other bad experiences (nasty lattes, incomplete orders, non-existent customer service). I finally decided the convenience wasn't worth it. I don't go anymore.
