Order on the go they do not follow instructions. When you get there they are not making the orders based on who ordered first. People who ordered in person got their order before me. I waited 30minutes. And i repeat they do not follow instructions said less ice they put regular ice. I said 2 shots of caramel they put 3.

Ordered a large ice matcha latte of light ice. However, they still gave me a full cup of ice. When I asked them why, they replied ice is expensive ?. Very rude attitude. I threw the drink into the trash can in front of the customers.

I made a order on the Dunkin app to pick up here 3 out of 4 items were incorrect.
How hard is it to make a frozen coffee ? If the customer doesn’t like it you don’t have them take it back then had to it and blend it again. It’s just all liquid not even frozen at this point . I can’t stand to complain about my coffee and the staff not even care. Hire some people who care about the job and who actually likes working there. Literally threw my coffee away and she thought that was okay didn’t even offer to make a new one . Disgusting service I’m done

Unfortunately, this is the slowest Dunkin I ever visit! I suspect they had a training before begin this job. Even if I order in person or via mobile app, the order is too late and also wrong! Instead of coming this store, I would prefer to walk Dunkin store in Northeastern.

How hard is it to make hot coffee with a French vanilla shot and milk? When I left the place it was with a vanilla swirl. What Can I do ? Pay attention please, I can't have sugar.
