Anyone who is African American please do not go to this Dunkin’ Donuts the manager is racist and he doesn’t Allow you to use the bathroom . He has an attitude and speak to people of color in a rude manner.

This is a Dunkin’ donuts express inside a convenience store, not a full dunkin’ donuts. They just have a machine for iced coffee and some donuts. They do not have any of the seasonal donuts.

Dunks is always great and still got good prices and the menu gets bigger and bigger everyday, pretty soon you'll be able to get an order of baked potato skins with sour cream while waiting for your coffee

Staff is honestly terrible, they overcharged me and refused to fix it, and tried it again the next time I came in, basically "forgetting" about the promos running. They also do not speak basic English, which I would usually not care about, but it is quite difficult to have these issues resolved with that language barrier.
Terrible customer service. Employee was smoking out front when I walked in, she angrily threw down her butt, came inside all huffy puffy, and angrily fulfilled my order. Her uniform looked awful. Will avoid this location.

Some people better stay home if they are having a bad day. And when you work with people, it is even more important. The service here is usually terrific. But what I got last visit was one big bad attitude. Hopefully it was a one time thing...

WORST Dunkin’ donut branch ever in terms of service; staff are horrible. I have visited multiple times and each time I think the service can’t get worse than this, but they surprise me with an even worse service the next time. Horrible horrible horrible experience.

We were staying at the Commonwealth Hotel next door, which doesn't provide morning coffee, so each morning I came to DD and got lattes for us both. Yummy. Nice people. Nice price.
