I am an old timer guy who lives in Jeffries Point and this Dunkin Donuts has been here for as long as I remember. Coffee is fine but they have gone down in service quality and atmosphere big time. Everytime I'm there there's someone yelling and asking for money and aggressive. At my age, I don't feel safe with how nothing is done to keep this safer. It feels like I'm being robbed.

The foods really good most of the time but the homeless/drug users are just really bad and one time when I was walking with my grandma she had in head phones and she walked past the homeless man and he had started calling her ma and my grandma didn't notice and he had started calling her a bitch. But the employees are nice I haven't see one get mad and yell yet. But other than that the service for me is really good.

It's good for a small DDs no would be better if they had more dounut selections like the one on state street but it's a small placd
Worst costumer service ever! Do not waste your money there, I got yelled by the cashier just because I asked her to change a latte that she make with sugar after I told her to do not put sugar on it

Always check your order, specially if it's a morning weekday. They constantly forget things or burn your food. I always wondered why sometimes my drinks taste disgusting. Well, there's a woman who does the drinks and she puts Splenda in ALL the drinks.

A terrible outlier - coffee was cold, not sweet (ordered extra sugar too) and tasted terrible, burned etc. The replacement wasn't any better. Not coming back
