Advertised as open at 6am empolyees stroll in around 6:10 and take about a half hour to open, big line waiting outside every morning.

On our travels through 7 states in 3 weeks this is far the best Dunkin we’ve visited. Well done guys.

Food and coffee was good but when me and my family sat down we head the woman behind the counter loudly complaining about how it was “utterly ridiculous” that she had to make six drinks (one for each of us) and that we all sat down in the restaurant

Usually, I like to support and be nice to restaurant \\u0026 retail workers. But, man the skinny hispanic lady had a horrible attitude. I came in just to get a simple ‘Ubereats’ order for a customer of Dunkins and I showed her my phone if she could give it to me politely. The lady refused and told me to “look at hours and that she didn’t care.” She shrugged her shoulders in a disrespectful manner. Just an update, it was 5:40. There was 20 minutes left. If she couldn’t do the customers order simply just shut the tablet and stop running the app! I understand it’s Sunday \\u0026 it’s the end of the day. But, please be responsible and more polite to the general public. Change the hours if needed be \\u0026 no need for hostile behavior she was out of pocket for that. If she doesn’t like her job simply leave respectfully people spend their hard earn money there! I will be informing corporate in regards to the behavior. Not okay. Do better and treat people with respect!

Service is what it is all about these days. No matter how busy you are, you should try to at least take an order when a person walks in.I think DD is racist. The location I went to I was made to wait for over 5 minutes and I got not service. I complained, and I was told I could go to the 7/11 up the street by the gentleman behind the counter.The old white lady seated seems if she got served. But I did not. I am a loyalty member. I am never going back into that store. The attitudes are abysmal. I went home and ate.
