Coffee's were made perfectly! Only issue was the dirtball outside panhandling, with her fake " Hungry, anything Helps" sign I know who this person is, and unless they started serving Crack sandwiches somewhere, she NOT using it for food. I had to contain myself from making a scene, as she was running her con on a nice elderly gentleman, who handed her cash. I don't understand WHY they even allow that, but specifically this person, a girl, who is a No-good, lying piece of work. So please Don't be fooled by her "Poor-Me " act. She's as nasty as they come.

This is a wonderful Dunkin!! I was just here at 8:30am in the height of the morning rush and the employees here could not have been more accommodating. Two different people asked what I was waiting on and shuffled my cup ahead of other mobile orderers that hadn’t arrived yet. The second person made sure he got my son’s desired munchkin flavors correct. Super impressed by how they stay calm and accommodating amidst the chaos. 10/10, thank you Charlestown Dunkin!!Kid-friendliness: Very accommodating to kids!

I walked inside to get a coffee, and one of the employees immediately starting berating and yelling at me as if I was inconveniencing her...for coming to give the store business during their working hours? Will never return, will gladly pay a few extra dollars for the Starbucks down the road. Do yourself a favor and avoid.
