I called this restaurant and the owner was nice( that is what the 2 stars are far), but she failed to inform me that her restaurant moved to a different city so when I got there and it was a different owner with a different name that the new owner did not bother to change yet and the former owner did not change the number online with an updated address. I did not purchase food from the new owner nor have I ever had food from Farah's.

Farah's Café has consistently delivered exceptional customer service, complemented by consistently delectable dishes. Despite a temporary closure, I was delighted to discover its recent reopening. Fingers crossed that the quality remains as impressive as ever!

The food is always so delicious! I struggle to order sometimes since I don't speak Creole but we always seem to figure it out :)

I love the fried fish, but always disappointed with the sauce and rice that come with it. Please… don’t have something in the menu if you’re not going to have it when ordered.

My experience here was unprofessional I called them at 9am twice and no response so I ordered my food it said pick up time 9:41 and it kept getting pushed back when I finally went there they said they don’t have the nor they sell the food I wanted on Sundays so I said why didn’t you pick up the phone before I made the order they said they open at 10 so if you guys open at 10 why does google and DoorDash says open at 9 and when i called why didn’t you guys picked up the phone to tell me to call back at 10 when you open that was so super unprofessional I run a restaurant for 5+ management I never done this to my customers their food isn’t all that great and way over priced anyways Las Vegas Haitian is better try theand they are down the street

Best part about the food is the customer service. I didn't have to wait and I bought something but they didn't give it to me. When I came back almost 2 hrs later they still gave me my item I bought.

Was cravings different taste so I decided to go for the Griot, (fried pork). Although I haven't had any in a while it's a very good dish. The only problem on this visit was, the plate was large and filled 3/4 full of rice with a scoop of salad. The meat (Griot) was in a separate small container and cooked too hard. Way too much rice and only enjoyed the few pieces of meat that was chewable.I might give them one more try before I give them my final judgement.

You wonder one thing when you are about to write a review about a restaurant: do they read the words that you write about their restaurant’s service. This week I ordered over the phone. They said that my ordered ought to be ready in the next 5 minutes. So, I waited. It took 30 minutesand when the time was up I went to get my order.Well, no point of telling someone how surprised I was when I opened up my plate. The rice was burnt and the ‘legumes’ that I ordered tasted like water. It was late that night and I had no other options to call them and to order..Gosh, they wasted my appetite that evening.

Food is good but service needs to be refined.
