Amazing sandwiches and vibe at Figaro’s. If you are around, you should definitely visit. Must try sandwich- Lucca Brazzi.

Figaro's is the type of family run local business that makes a neighborhood a community. They really are a pillar of the Leather District (a tiny and overlooked section of downtown that is low-key the one of the best neighborhoods in the city). The sandwiches and salads are fantastic and huge. I haven't found a better meatball sub anywhere in Boston, and the "Whitey" is the best buffalo chicken wrap I've had. My favorite though is their homemade focaccia rolls, which they make every now and then as a special. If you see them on the special board, get it with whatever they are serving on it! They also do great steak and cheeses and italian subs, of many different varieties. Make sure you check this place out!

I can’t believe I’ve never tried out Figaro’s in my four years here. I tried the two timer, and I’m really hard-pressed to say if there’s a better sandwich. The two timer is like a combination between ground beef and steak with melted cheese and onions. This is a quintessential Bostonian sandwich shop. Service is top-notch. I mean here’s a thing - the line went out the door. any other place you’re probably looking at like 30 minutes. End of the line to getting my order was like seven minutes. I feel like I was treated like family and didn’t even know any of these people.I will be back next week.

The two timer is the best sandwich in the city! Only ingredients of the highest quality are used at this establishment. Staff has the best energy and always plays fire music to listen to while in line.Even long after I've left boston, I will never forget this sandwich. Smoked Gouda Mac n Cheese also is great.

I arrived a few minutes before they were set to open and there was already a few people waiting. They opened about 10 minutes after the posted opening time. By the time the doors opened, there was a line that was 15 people deep. I got two sandwiches (steak pizziaola and the Sinatra). You place your order with a member of the staff at the start of the line and then walk to the register to pay. Both sandwiches were flavorful and well filled. The bread was soft and tender but still had integrity. Overall it was a great experience. Be sure to grab a $1 brownie on your way out!

I work near there, and this review is for their catering. Ordered for 130 people (sandwiches and salads) and let Rosie suggest the variety. It is 24 hours later and everyone is STILL raving. The sandwiches are not your "standards": there are little extra details that take them a step or two above the norm, the bread and ingredients are FRESH and my god are they delicious! The salads didn't last long either (a first for our crew). They could not be nicer to work with - you can tell they work hard for their customers and it shows in the quality. Do NOT miss out on this gem if you are in the area!

Sooo delicious and the staff were fast and friendly. Eggplant was hot and crispy. The honey mustard was perfectly balanced. This is easily the best sandwich bread I’ve ever had: soft, slightly chewy, airy, never soggy. I would eat here every single day if it wasn’t $15/sandwich. This place is very popular but I was able to get in and out in 10 minutes.Vegetarian options: Sometimes vegan chili is a special. Designated vegetarian menu list.

Excellent place and the best sandwiches in Boston, they are under renovation but it is worth it for the price and quality. The hosts are very friendly and attentive. I will definitely return and recommend it!! The meatballs were the best!
