This place is all around a win! You get to pick what you want to eat, and you a show while it's cooking. Food tasted great and definitely left me impressed!

Plates not clean. At all. Service was good and food was okay. Adequate setting options with enough space.

Do you like to watch your food being grilled with a variety of different food options ranging from rice to burger meats? Well then, this place is for you! This restaurant is a great spot for testing out food combinations, personally, my favorite is the macaroni and cheese burger. The restaurant has signs with different items to make food combinations such as the Mac n cheese burger, chicken broccoli Alfredo and more. After selecting your ingredients at the Marketplace, which is filled with various ingredients to put in your bowl, you head over to the grill and watch the chefs cook your food.Wheelchair accessibility: There is a elevator in the building

This review is zeonacross the board. A friend of mine walked into fire and ice . Yes we disnt have a reservation. But we were not given a wait time. As soon as we asked for a table we were told no more is coming in.. we said ok well just have a drinknat the bar. Sorry the bar is full... the bar had 5 to 6 people max and i said heybtheres several seats available at the bar. The hostes said they only have 1 bartender... so 1 bartender cant serve deinka to more than that ???. Sorry but not sorry. You dont deny us a table and deny us a walk in tonthe bar on a Sunday afternoon.claiming its staffing the place was empty .and no tables were loaded . 0/0 fire and ice has employees who puck and choose evennwhen its empty . Discrimative

We went for the experience for the kids. Food was eh, subpar for sure. The idea is cool but the options and set up are lacking. We enjoyed something new but likely won’t be back as it isn’t really our thing and most of the meats didn’t feel “fresh.” The server was friendly and nice but management really should be more attentive to the entirety of the restaurant.

Fire + Ice was the restaurant of youth, I used to get the bus or a cab in the beginning of the 2000’s and dine at the Cambridge location that closed many years ago with my sister. The wait time was always over 1 hour, but it was worth it.I still recommend for the food, and the price is actually not right, it’s Too inexpensive. They are definitely underpriced. Especially dinner. Food is good, sauces are the best, vibes is good. Workers are great.

I will say the desserts were the best part, super reasonable prices for what you get.

Looked like a cool place to try. If you're looking for fine dining in Boston, there's plenty of places. Good experience for the younger crowd.

This is a unique restaurant you can find in Boston. The ingredients are fresh and the sauces are varied, so it's fun to eat them in various combinations.
