I tried ordering delivery here on two separate occasions thru the Uber app. Every single time, my order was cancelled. This is beyond frustrating. I finally called them after the second cancelled order and they told me one of the dishes I ordered (the eel bowl $8.50) was not the right price as it's more expensive than the listed price so they cancelled my order altogether. Instead of fixing the issue thru Uber, they decided that every time someone orders the $8.50 eel bowl, that they'd rather lose out on a customer thus losing out on revenue, all because of one fixable mistake. The woman on the phone told me that she didn't know how to change it. I told her she needs to contact Uber directly to have them change the prices on said menu that's on the Uber app. She said she will. No apology or compensation for a mistake that's entirely out of my control. I've learned my lesson. I will never order from here again.

Really great options for someone on a budget who loves sushi and Japanese food. Ordered an eel Bento box, which came with a variety of dumplings, edamame, vegetable Maki, miso soup, and a generous amount of eel on a bed of rice. The eel pieces were very large and thick, with no bones intact. Very flavourful with the sauce and furikake on top of the eel. Would definitely go again to try their other options including specialty rolls and rice dishes. They even have Poké as well!

The food is excellent!!! I recommend the rainbow bowl, it has avocado and salmon. It looks absolutely beautiful, it was delicious and their service was great. I went there a few times and it usually takes around 5-10 minutes for my meal to be ready. Sometimes I have to wait a bit longer because there is a lot of customers before me. But to top all that, their food is wonderful, I like the eel bowl, beef onion bowl, salmon bowl! They are absolutely friendly and the bento always come with free miso soup! DELICIOUS!

Below average sushi for an average price. Unchilled rice, not enough crabstick in cali roll, poorly rolled, not much flavor. etc. Sketchy raw fish.

Excellent sushi. Always fresh and presented nicely. Ive been a cuatomer since they opened in the Super 88 Food Court. I will add one slightly less than positive comment; lately the seaweed used seems different than before, slightly chewier in texture. Other than that, I highly recomend this spot to anyone. The prices are very fair also.

Wonderful place, extremely nice people here. Sushi were awesome and tons of option to choose. Quick, fast, and grab to go was seamless. Definitely a must come when you need something quick and on the way to your business.

Normally when I come here, the service is fine (no smiling or anything but no rudeness), and the sushi is decent (I'm vegetarian so I can't comment on the quality of the fish). Today I went to order two hand rolls--a mango roll for myself and a crab roll for my boyfriend. The man at the counter asked if I was ordering two rolls and I said yes, two rolls total. I got two crab rolls and when I came back to explain the mistake, the man said "I took your order; you ordered two crab rolls." He proceeded to call me a liar and demanded I hand the uneaten roll back to him (presumably so we didn't get a free roll). This was incredibly insulting and saddening to me and I won't be coming here again.

I used to like this place. I just had two of the raw makimono, seaweed salad, and miso. Honestly, it's what you would expect HOWEVER I paid about $17 and got some of the lowest quality fish I've ever encountered. Truly truly not worth the money I paid. Management: if you're gonna charge me as much as a high-quality sushi place would, elevate the fish game yo. I do like their seaweed salad. Miso soup quality went down. V sad.

Not too happy - service fine., Gruff, no smile. Typical in this mall. I've been going here for 15 years. It was pretty quick took 10 minutes ordered eel, 12 piece maki & a handroll. I start eating the maki & realize there's next to zero fish content in the roll - see photo- nasty puffed rice is what they use! And maybe 1/4 fish. What a waste of money. I won't go back. Can't believe people are giving 5 stars? Seriously? There are 20 other places within 2 mile radius of this place. The eel was good. Haven't had the handroll. But now u know why they've only $3! In ny opinion in the food court- only go to the Korean place at the back or the Chinese place in back corner for the ribs, that's it. The good thai place is gone. And the new owner didn't last. Had 2 bad meals @ the Vietnamese place- if you're non-Asian they try to give u crap Italian pasta instead of Pho rice noodle. Ok I'm done.

I ordered delivery from this restaurant yesterday evening through EatStreet. Ordered food at 7:30pm, and received confirmation that order was acknowledged within 30 seconds. At 9:15pm, food had still not arrived. Called in to restaurant to try and figure out where food was, but no one answered. After calling EatStreet and they tried calling the restaurant, still no answer on the regular line, and the manager line went to a disconnected line. Restaurant had closed without notifying the customer! Really disappointed in the way Geido Sushi handled their delivery and customer service. Hoping to warn people of their poor delivery service, as other reviewers have also reported.

The sushi is mediocre, and they have the worst order management system. I only come here because I'm getting food from other spots in the food court. The first two times I came here, they took 20 minutes to make an order consisting of one roll. The third time I thought I'd avoid the wait by calling ahead, so I ordered two rolls. I showed up 22 minutes later and when I tell him I called in a phone order, he tells me it's almost ready. So I go to the other place I'm picking up food from, pick up my five item order, and when I get back the guy behind the counter almost gives me another order. I know it can't be right because it's too large a package for two rolls. So I then tell him what I ordered and he says he has two orders before me, meaning we are almost thirty minutes from the time I called and he hasn't even started making my order! I told him not to bother and left. WTF?!

Food is usually decent, but only if you order and pick it up. Don't get delivery! After waiting an hour and 15 minutes, (website estimated 35 minutes) I called asking where my food was. The man who answered said it was out for delivery. I asked how long. His answer was 10-15 minutes. I said if not I'll expect a refund. He told me to cancel from the app then. What??? Horrible service. I ordered thru their website. An hour and 45 minutes later it arrived.
