Terrible customer service, they were extremely rude. Would not go to this one or the one in Mission Hill - this is coming from a university student who was looking for a lunchtime bite - not worth it

The whole place was gross especially the bathrooms. Also one of our party never got his drink until we reminded the waitress who was also bartending twice

First time at this place. Very disappointed. There is absolutely no heat in the restaurant. My sake and food went cold so fast. I had to wear my jacket throughout my whole time in the restaurant .Place was so dark. Our food came out so late. There was only one waitress for the whole place. Don't know what's going on. But there was definitely something wrong that night. Not a good first experience.

If I could give 0 starts I would give it.If you order on Grubhub and DoorDash they don’t care about you ,but prioritize the orders from the customers dining there. When you try to ask a Hostess she would straight up lie to your face it’s 5-10 minutes then after 30 minutes past pick up time they say “As we can see we are full today”.They don’t shut grubhub and keep getting orders even when they are not able to hand them 40 minutes past the supposed time. When you trying to address it with manager she just runs away and takes care of the bills of customers who are dining in .Clearly the only thing they care about is getting your money and not providing a good service. Also their tiles are popping up creating a dangerous situation for customers who can end up tripping and falling down there,it’s right by the hostess standing area.

Server attempted to debate tip with me. Didn’t seem to understand how tipping worked.

Good food but wait was way too long! Came here on a Saturday night before a symphony concert and it was quite crowded but got a seat right away since we had a reservation. However, it took the waiter nearly 20-30 minutes to take our order. Two of our dishes came out in a semi-reasonable amount of time but the others came about 15 minutes later. Maybe the kitchen was backed up because the place was so busy but I'd expect an establishment like this to know how to handle a crowd. That being said, the food was quite good and I enjoyed my meal. I ordered Mama's fried pork dumplings and the Korean Beef which was really just bulgogi. I'd come back but not if I were pressed for time. Food: 4.5/5 Service: 2/5 Ambience: 4/5

The place was very crowded before the show. They are a bit short staffed so it took longer to get service and food. Once delivered, the food was delicious. Just be sure to give it an extra 30 minutes so you don't miss part of your show.

I’m not sure I want to calculate how much I’ve spent at Ginger Exchange over my 5 years in grad school because it would be quite a lot. The peaceful atmosphere and excellent menu have made my bad days better and my most important days extra special. I really enjoy the thai curry, soft tofu soup, and lately have been fixated on the udon noodle soup. For the $15 you could spend at Northeastern University’s dining, you can come here and take a nice break from the day in a quieter environment. Certainly one of my favorites and I’ll be sad to leave the area soon.

All the food excellent; 5 of us dinned. The server was okay, brought our entrees out immediately after the appetizers instead of letting us finish them. Appetizers were very good; shrimp lollipop & spring rolls.I wish there were more iced tea options. Thai iced tea was great though. We've eaten here at least a dozen times and love the food.

Not bad. Not to die for. We went about 40 mins before closing time. The sake was not hot enough and super light. I’ve had better. The Korean bbq beef was so hard we had to return it. The sushi pizza was really good, the house fried rice came with 2 whole breaded chicken breasts on top. Because we asked for all the extra meats. After we paid, we literally got kicked out. The server passed by and said “we are closing ok”….not nice. We knew the closing time. And if we dined and paid, at least have the decency to let us walk out without rushing us. We are not from this area. But I don’t see me coming back to this spot when we come back.

I can not believe how bad the Kung Pao chicken was. But I just put it aside and my friends Thai dish that was excellent and had the Symphony Sushi that was great. Drunkard Noodles. My bad. It is Thai and Sushi what they do well. I should have known
