the bubble tea here was really good! the have lots of options to chose from. the bobas are the perfect size and well done, the mango popping bubbles are very yummy as well, not too sweet. The service was really nice and soo unbelievable fast. you can also see your order being prepared which is a plus. they also have a nice seating area. we liked it a lot and will definitely be back when we are in the area again.

The bubble tea was good. So far, I think it's the best I've had. They also ask how much sugar and ice you want, which from where I'm from, there's only one brand and you can't choose. The tea itself was good, and the tapioca wasn't too sticky, or old. (For reference, I ordered a brown sugar milk tea, 75% sugar, no ice)

Ordered two drinks -- one Large and one Medium. Got two Mediums. One of them was an iced drink but had no ice in it. (Yum lukewarm?) The store was completely empty with just one person behind the counter. We told her what was wrong with our order and she looked at us with the universal "Huh??" face. Did nothing and then turned to help someone who just walked in the door. I love the Gong Cha in Allston and will go back to them. Just won't be buying anything from Gong Cha Huntington Ave even though I live in the neighborhood. Will also let friends and neighbors know the service here isn't nasty, it just doesn't exist at all. Very sorry -- just wanted to enjoy my drink on a hot day.
If I could give them no stars I would. Customer service is HORRIBLE and they gaslighted me when they were the ones who got my order WRONG. Would never go back and suggest other not to as well. The manager in particular is the worst.. horrible absolutely horrible….SMH

Come here if you want normal boba and nothing crazy. This place always does the trick. Their classic boba is the best. They made my drink quickly but boba prices have spiked. My drink costed $6.42 and I literally get a whole meal at McDonald's with that. It is kind of noisy and loud in here so bring your earphones if you want to work. Otherwise it is a great cheap hang out.

THIS IS THE WORST GONG CHA I'VE EVER BEEN TO!! Not only do the horrible employees have a nasty attitude, but they have no heart. My drink had expired-tasting milk and they were not willing to replace it. They called me overdramatic and said that they don't give replacements (despite my white friend getting a replacement prior). Absolutely disgusting behavior, DON'T GO HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE BLACK! The girl with the black and blonde hair is the worst of them, she needs to get fired ASAP!

I have been going to this location for a few months now. Honestly, I DO NOT recommend it. Their customer service is bad and they act like I do not know what I am ordering. I always do extensive research whenever I start going to a new place. They question me and read me for filth. I'm starting to think there's some prejudice going on around here.Quality of the drinks are good but I will not support them anymore. And tbh, this ain't even healthy for you so might as well dip.
