Been here several times, the food is consistent and never disappointing. At times waiters have to be called over again and again, but apart from that this is a very good place to have dim sum at all hours. Pretty cool to see how at lunch time the staff sits down and prepares an off menu meal to share with each other.

bad food, the dumpling quality is bad. You can get frozen Xiaolongbao from Chinese market. And they sell you in triple price.

A small place for dim sum but good food, reasonable price. No cart rolling around but what you ordered from dim sum menu, they would bring them to your table. Half is for restaurant and other half is for bakery. We wanted to go to another dim sum restaurant but it was closed. So we stopped here instead of. A bit confused at first of how to order, but we soon figured it out. Shrimp dumpling was big and yummy, we also ordered shrimp & egg with rice, molten eggs buns, ribs congee & crabmeat seaweed rolls. Everything hit the spot and I wish I had more rooms as I wanted to try some other dishes.

Enter through the bakery. Every dish we ordered was delicious and reasonably priced. Definitely recommend.

Food was solid and great portion size for price. The only item which was ok was Crab Rangoon everything else was amazing. They also serve warm water for free!

So good! The ability to make me crave vegetables makes this place stand out. There’s a dim sum menu plus a “regular” menu (if frog and chicken feet are your norm). Prices are lower than mainstream American restaurants. Food very tasty and astonishingly fast. A few downsides are that the whole place needs a scrub down, and it’s arcane that you enter through the bakery to get to the dining room. Can be a little wait to get a table, but you will be well and pleasingly fed.

Food wasn't good and the servers were extremely rude. Be careful when you pay them they'll try to take 22%+ in tip without even asking you!!!

*THEY WILL CHANGE YOUR TIPS*We actually had bad experiences - provided spoons were so dirty, so we leave 10% for them, total payment is USD 61. However we found $64 were paid through Chase app to meet 15%. They treat customers in such an illegal and disrespectful way, love yourself and DO NOT COME.

Bakery is ok but be careful when paying in cash, cashiers make frequent "errors" in giving change. You might be short a quarter with purchase

This is among the better dim sum places I've been to in the US. The seating reminds me very much of a smaller street-level restaurant you'd find in Hong Kong; it's not the best furnished nor the most comfortable. But the food easily makes up for that. The usual dishes are done quite well, especially the deep fried pork dumpling. I also recommend trying their fried turnip cakes, as it's something I haven't seen in other places and was pretty good. The flavor of their milk tea was on point but I would prefer something slightly stronger. The price was higher than what I'd expect at this kind of place, but it was consistent with other meals I had in Boston at around $25 per person. You'll probably have an easier time with service if you speak Cantonese or come with someone who can. Whatever the case, the food is good and worth a stop.

I've been here a few times over the years of living in Boston, and I think this place isn't bad. But I think Boston in general just doesn't have great dim sum in general so you have to make do with what you can find.Food:Pretty average dim sum. Not much to complain about really. I always enjoy the egg tarts and rice rolls which are always a staple for me with dimsum. I also enjoy congee, but restaurants always cheap out with the toppings/meat.As for their bakery goods - also very average. I've tried every bakery in Chinatown, and I think the best fruit cake I've found has consistently been from May's Cake House.Service:Typical chinatown service. Don't expect anything special. Also please don't feel pressured to tip 15% if you feel like the service is not up to par - when I was still a student, I had a waitress pressure me into tipping more because I did not tip at least 15%.Atmosphere:Always feels very chaotic in here. Space is cramped and there isn't much room. I think they can benefit from a remodel as well.
