Yummy Korean comfort food in a casual setting. The Soondubu tofu stew is tasty and you can adjust the spice level. The fried chicken bites are yummy even at the plain/mild spice level. Wish I could have tried more yummy things, maybe next time. It was packed for lunch with a line out the door.

Jim Dak was good. Kalguksu feels like instant noodle type. A bit old interiors remind me of 2010 coming into the store. Mainly caucasian customers base. Wish there is a kimchi side dish but no. Place feels dead but it was an okay lunch to dine peacefully. One server working. One time experience is enough for me. 한국인이 가기에는 뭔가 부족한 반찬상과 환경

Great hole in the wall type of restaurant with great food. If you don't like the service here, then you shouldn't go to authentic Asian restaurants.

This place is right outside of Berklee, where it is hard to get korean food. This place is small, but very cozy and the staff members are all very friendly. Would recommend the budae jjigae.

The flavor is good but, I've never had soupy Japchae with so little vegetable.. it was a little disappointing. The banchan wasn't bad but I was hoping for kimchi or radish. Maybe the other dishes on the menu are worth it but I definitely didn't get enough veggies.
Budaejjigae is delicious. I thought it would be a bit bland because of its light color, but no, it's not exactly home-cooked food and it's not too spicy. It was so delicious because it really hit the middle ground. There was a lot of ramen, ham, spam, sausage, and even a little bit of rice cake. After traveling to New York, I stopped by Boston and found a ray of light in a fish farm. The inside of the restaurant is a bit shabby..? I've seen comments like this, but honestly, I don't think so because it's so clean. May you prosper, boss❤️ Oh, I also ordered stir-fried squid, and it was a lot, not spicy, but sweet, and the vegetables were crunchy and delicious! If you don't like it sweet, ask for it to be less sweet!
The taste of the food was perfect for Koreans. The waiter was also friendly. However, the store feels a bit old.Recommended for those who are exhausted during their trip and want to recharge with Korean food.

Maybe I'm getting older, but I'm looking for Korean food after coming from overseas. I didn't know there was a break time at the restaurant, so I went there around 3 o'clock. The weather was so cold that I thought it would be hard to go anywhere after an hour, but the owner was considerate and prepared me food. He's an angel. The portion of tteokbokki was huge. I didn't expect much since it was from overseas, but it was very delicious. It was moderately spicy and delicious, so even though it was a lot, I ate almost all of it.The stir-fried odeng they gave me as a side dish was so delicious that I almost ordered it with rice haha. Hope you prosper. Both the part-time worker and the boss are Korean, so it was nice to speak Korean within a few days haha.
