This place is located at very close to the tourist area (The Quincy Market). We were there around 3pm, its our late lunch/early dinner, the restaurant was not many customers in it. Waiter served in friendly manner. Food taste actually is pretty good, I love their fries very much, crunchy outside & soft inside. Nowadays when everything is expensive under high inflation, their prices are truly reasonable.Vegetarian options: Impossible burger

Today as a family we decided to travel to The Hard Rock of Boston, MA. I've been hear a time or two in prior years, with my family. This Hard Rock location is permanently closing its doors on June /26th/2022 , this Gift - Shop is 75% percent off everything , this started Tuesday 5-31-22. Here a few photos I took for my reviews for Google! I had to capture the moment, it was dowm- pooring while I was taking the pictures. They had a hand- full of merchandise on there shop , a few pull- over hoodies , magnetics, Glasses, Pins, Sweatpants, Panda ? Stuffed animals, and a few odds and ends. I got 1 tee , 1 zipper Sweatshirt, & a magnetic. They only had small tiny paper bags , like you put a magnetic in, if you're want a tote bag you have to purchase it for $2.00 there. I got on . The tote is an off- white with Hard - Rock on it with the year on it (71') all thought- out the bag. This is sad ? to that Hard Rock of Boston is closing in a few short weeks. It's probably going to be housing , or offices . How sad , Good Memories, Good Times. ?JUNE-2-22This was our second time coming back to Hard rock cafe in less than 24 hours, we called ahead to let them know that we had some items to return and a shirt that was factory defected. At one it looked like we weren't going to get our money, because they needed a manager to approve it. Today the store looked like it was at max capacity, and it was a mad house in there. Overall, very poor experience ?.Kid-friendliness: This Hard Rock location is permanently closing its doors on June 26th ,22 the discount in the Gift Shop is 75% percent off ! In addition, Cleveland Ohip is permanently closed too, I've been there over the years too, Tulsa Oklahoma closed there Hard Rock cafe ' and Hotel & Casino many years, I went there once 1 time.

There was no hostess at the door, no one greeted us, couple of servers waiting their table saw us but ignored us. Place was almost empty, ambiance very dated, dusty! We waited for 15 minutes and then left for FD at Quincy market!!
We wanted to visit Hard Rock before it shut its doors. As someone with multiple food allergies I am always on guard when I eat out. My food was done perfectly as well as my drink. My company also enjoyed their food and drinks. This location of Hard Rock has always been really wonderful with my allergies. The food is good and the service is always great. Our server Cara was the best as well!

Made a reservation online, a day ahead of time, from a calendar full of vacancies. When we arrived were told that the restaurant attempted to contact us multiple times (no evidence on my phone/email) because they were out of tables due to two 200 person groups. After waiting a bit (in itself not really problem) were given a table between the door and bathroom in a restaurant full of hundreds of middle school students. (possibly the least desirable table in the place) The food was prepared quickly, delivered as ordered. It was no frills, but wasn't much fun. The large groups set the tone for the place. I knew it would be touristy, but I didn't realize that it would be bus group touristy. I think we would have had a better evening had the restaurant successfully contacted us, broken the reservation, and we were able to make other arrangements for our party of 5.

Had an amazing time for our 5 year anniversary. Our waitress Leila was super sweet,great customer service (!) gave really good drink recommendations. And the 75% off shop deal was awesome! Hope Boston treats this franchise well and gives you another spot to set up shop and keep the location going for future generations!

Our server was fantastic and looked after us, the good was great as was the atmosphere. So sorry to hear it's closing down, I hope you find an even better location. Boston needs a Hard Rock!

Glad we made a reservation in advance as it was really busy and not accepting any walk-ins even though it seemed to be quite empty.....until a massive group appeared. Food was the usual Hard Rock Cafe standard, service wasn't wonderful but not awful. Staff seemed to be very stressed and not very happy. We later found out it was closing down so that may have explained the reason for the "atmosphere" :-(

Good location instead of spending $50 for two in Quincy Market for overprice food , it much better you full fill your appetite here .Seating space is ok but the food and drinks is up to the standard . Service is also excellent, we loved our time .

When I visited this Hard Rock Cafe in November 2021, I felt it was understaffed. I ordered take out from the bar and, I remember seeing my food order sitting close by but the overloaded bartender didn't have the time to give it to me for like 15 minutes. I was glad I didn't eat there as I would've hated to see how long it would've taken to be served my food. I found the folks in the gift shop nice and helpful. One handy thing about this hard rock cafe is how close it is to Faneuil Hall. It's within a matter of minutes walking from it as I found out by accident. Overall, I liked this cafe but, they really need to get more staff. I hope by now (April 2022) that things have gotten better at this cafe.
One of the worst Hard Rock Cafe's I've ever been into, server awful and rude. I can see why this Hard Rock looks run down and is very quiet, food was even average at best, probably from how rubbish the managers are in this place. The rudeness etc, was so glad to leave, manager was rude even upon entering with the reservation. Never seen anything like it. Even though this was ages ago I still have not forgotten. Disgraceful!

The most subdued of all Hard Rock's I've visited around the globe. The food was mediocre at best. Some items on the menu were also sold out (salmon) by 1230pm on a quiet Sunday. Our server (who was very pregnant) however was wonderful. She definitely understood that the restaurant is themed and offered to take pictures for guests.

Food was good, server was nice, but this has got to be the DIRTIEST restaurant I have ever eaten in. Not just dirtiest Hard Rock Cafe (out of the 5 I've been to). Dirtiestest restaurant. And not because they are short-staffed. Staff members were standing around on cell phones on shift while we sit at dirty tables. Server was nice though.

Only went to the gift shop but met the nicest man behind the counter and we talked about traveling and visiting other Hard Rock locations. Very nice interaction and I would've like to have stayed longer but the history of this area awaited me so I had to leave. Great location right where everything happens in this busy city.
