I ordered a lg beef lo mein and a lg lobster sauce. The lo mein was lacking in lo mein, veggies, and seasoning. The lobster sauce I got was a small container and only half full.This was my first time and I will never buy anything there. What shocked me is why the board of health didn't shut them down. From my review, some people may say l'm a racist. Guess what, I am Chinese and my family was in the Chinese restaurant business.Kid-friendliness: It's for take out only. Really small area for pickups.Parking: There's no parking lot and it's tough to find a parking spot.

I haven’t ordered here in a while but I was craving some good food. I ordered through the restaurant and when the delivery came I missed a call by 6 minutes.(1 call) when I called back the driver stated he couldn’t find my residence and I should call and cancel my order because he wasn’t coming back. When I called, the person who answered told me to do grub hub or Uber eats. I chose grub hub. After placing the order grub hub says that “this restaurant does not use grub hub carriers they use their own” so when I called back the restaurant he said he told me this by mistake. The manager gets on the phone and says he spoke with the driver and when he arrived at my house there was “2 guys sitting in a car” that made the driver nervous so he left and they won’t be delivering to my residence. So two “black men” sitting in a car immediately means your going to get robbed huh? It couldn’t just have meant they live on this street? So needless to say I didn’t get our food,I’m out 60$ for 3 to 5 days and they won’t deliver to me anymore. And honestly I’m all set

I order the beef chow mein and the beef does not taste like beef and has sand-like taste. Probably the reason they gave half container of that beef

I saw a couple mice running around inside the window and told the staff about it and was brushed off! I'm never going in there to eat again!

I liked this place and would eat here often until my girlfriend found a roach in her boneless spare rib. When she took it back the lady at the register gave her a hard time for the refund. I personally seen the bug my self as she woke me out my sleep freaking out about it. Never eating here again.

THE WORST!!!!! Literally scammed us from our food, we had to contact grub hub personally for help. So unfair, they may be open late but there are so many better/tastier food options (like New Moon Villa). i am appalled at the lack of customer service, please SAVE URSELF from this monstrosity they try to call a restaurant

I ordered takeout from here once and will never go back. It's one thing to get cheap, tasty fast food, but this was not tasty. The sauce was watery and bland. No thanks.

I've been to this place during its inception and most recently. They satisfy the urge for sweet, greasy Chinese food. Open super late too. But prices are HIGH IMO.$17 for General Zao for example. Also, cleanliness is an issue. The building is not kept clean. The windows not washed and the store front is often dirty. It's an eyesore for the neighborhood because of this. In summary they would be great if they cleaned up their location on a regular basis, windows, floors, storefront sidewalk. Even if all of your business is to-go, you still need to keep your shop CLEAN. Outside and Inside.

Ordered my food from grubhub and never got it, called before closing and phone was not in service. Update. 3 hours later the food comes (4:15am) and I ordered the non spicy porkfried rice and IT WAS HOT! Overall the food was late and still terrible service.

Delivered a tasty meal to my airport hotel at 1am! I was grateful for anything, but the food was really good. I liked the Lo mein best and a "surprise" appetizer (I asked them to pick one for me). Not sure what its called but it's tasty - it kindof resembles a fried bread or quesedilla. I called them directly as grubhub wasn't working

I was hesitant about this spot because of the reviews but my boyfriend ordered for me and we picked it up. The guys making the food and ringing us out were super nice and appreciative. We got home and the food was pretty good! I will be ordering again for a quick bite after a long day!

This sis the worst Chinese food I ever remember getting. I lived next to the restaurant for 2 years, and ate it a handful of times...some orders were undercooked, some extremely greasy, all with no flavor

I order some chicken wings on my lunch break and the chicken wasn’t fully cooked every piece I broke into was pink and chewy not good because I work in the hospital up the street I definitely wouldn’t recommend this place for lunch or dinner it’s not safe to eat here
