If you like terrible service and bring over charged for mediocre Chinese food, this is your place. Owner is a real gem. He will curse you out in Chinese for free if your into that. Do not recommend.

Just travelled for 28hrs. Just read some of the reviews but perhaps it’s because I have an Asian / Chinese family background - I didn’t think it was more or less than I was expecting.I got a large fried rice and it would have to be the biggest serving I’ve ever seen in a takeaway food place. Was the fried rice the best I’ve had - nope.Did it hit the spot - yepI found Sandra helpful and friendly but in a Chinese way. So we got on just fine!I’ll try more from here.Order a large fried rice and it will probably give you 4 meals.

I liked the food but the menu should show more of the food they have but over all the food is a solid 8 out of 10??

Their crab rangoons, french fries, pork fried rice and boneless spare ribs are consistently good. Good prices and great portions.

Got some takeout for lunch because I was in the area. Food was probably a 2/5 but the service was super quick and the portions are massive so 3/5. I got the chicken fried rice and crab rangoons. Both very mid. Seems like it would be a prime drunk food or late night spot. Honestly Boston needs more places like this!

Go for: When you need big portions of Chinese fast food quickly.Avoid if: You're seeking anything more refined than greasy fast food.Something surprising: It seems like they want it to be a takeaway-only establishment and often have the tables and chairs stacked up, but they don't get rid of them outright - very confusing.Reservation needed? No.Overall . If you need to feed a big group of people, the portions are huge, but it's oily and doesn't taste like much without the provided sauces. The menu is far too extensive and very pricey for fast food. It's important to note the food is always ready in a timely manner, orders are accurate, and the staff are consistently friendly.Value for Price: 2Sanitation: 3Food Quality: 2Menu Precision: 2Service Quality: 3Timing: 3Decor: 2Access: 3—5 among the best4 strong3 not too bad2 mediocre1 never again

I’ve ordered take out from here a few times and it’s not that great. Their lo mein is pretty good, but their beef and mushroom is like 20% beef, 80% mushroom (but priced as if there was more beef). I’ve noticed they do this for other dishes as well, they will give you more portion of the cheaper part of the dish, but charge you full price. Also once I ordered chicken chow mein and it didn’t have any noodles? They substituted it with bean sprouts without me asking for that? So strange… “Chow mein is a Chinese dish made from stir-fried noodles”And their wonton soup is straight up baddddddd. Broth and wonton lacked flavor.

In Boston for a quick visit, was craving Chinese and decided to give this place a shot. What an absolute disappointment. Food is completely tasteless, overpriced (for what it is), and the place is very customer-unfriendly. But the Oscar really goes to the female Chinese cashier: the rudest, most troglodyte-type server I've ever seen behind a counter. In the 5 min I was there I witnessed her being extremely rude to 03 people, excluding me (which makes 4 ppl in 5 min, probably a record): one in person and 02 over the phone. Behaves ostensibly and shamelessly as if she is doing customers a big favor, and openly treat people as an inconvenience. Truly unbelievable. Bad food + medieval service = perfect recipe for extinction.

I used to go to that same Chinese restaurant like 3-4yrs ago, and I told the woman at the counter that I wanted an appetizer plate, a dinner plate, and I tried to order the ribs, you know, the Spear Ribs with the bone, not the boneless spear ribs and the woman told me that they don't make them. 1st off, they are on their menu, and 2nd, I said to her that I had gotten them from there before, and she told me no, that they or she (it was a little difficult to understand her)have been there a long time, and they hadn't ever made them! And I was so disappointed because everything time I got those ribs, they were so good! They had a tremendous amount of meat on them. So that was a bummer, but the rest of the food I got was good!

Today at approx 4.30 pm I ordered a Seafood Delight dinner. When I went to open, it was fill of broccoli, juice, veggies without hardly any seafood. Total of 3 small pieces of seafood. Totally terrible. I went to the store to state my complaint and I was told they are “Sorry” Never again.
